Pros:

Its location was excellent, the room was perfect but most of all EVERY member of staff were excellent, professional, friendly and extremely awesome in every way.

Pros:

The staff. They were so attentive and so kind. The service was phenomenal

Cons:

The little stool in the bedroom was really annoying for sitting at to do work. But... the bar and lounge areas in the hotel were spot on for doing some work during the day, so there was an alternative space.

Calm, pleasant, easy and the warmest nicest staff!
Pros:

The staff were brilliant, the hotel had a nice vibe and we loved our room!

Cons:

Not much.. the area was good and it was nice to see another part of Melbourne. There were limited options to eat at really good restaurants nearby, but the hotel food was excellent. the cherry on the cake would have been a pool!
