Couldnt fault anything, Only downside was a horrible smell that wofted out of the bathroom through the drainage systems. Seem to get worse after other people in other rooms surrounding used their bathroom

I would absolutely stay again, the location and the spacious, comfy room were perfect for us.
Pros:

Love the location, we walked all over the city from this very central spot. The room was spacious and well decorated. And the book on the Melbourne Alleyways was a nice touch in the room. We didn't eat in the hotel but the food looked great and it seemed popular.

Great location, close to all that Melbourne has to offer!
Pros:

Fantastic location, so close to all the shops, restaurants etc. Friendly staff who were super helpful and great cafes just outside the door, not to mention the amazing Anita gelato store! My room was lovely and very spacious. The perfect spot to explore Melbourne.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable, great location, value for money. The layout of the room was great, loved the shower water pressure, bed was comfortable. It was in the middle of everything - cafes, restaurants, entertainment. But surprisingly the room was very quiet. Definitely recommended.

Cons:

One of the male reception staff had an obvious attitude and clearly didn’t care about how he presented himself to customers. During my departure, I went to the counter and said I’d like to check out. I guess he was preoccupied with something more interesting, as he responded ‘huh?’ and after taking my room card and checking it in the system, he turned to me and smiled, I had to ask him if everything was all done and then he gave me a smile and said ‘yep all done:)’ in a very sassy way. It was a very strange experience, leaving a hotel feeling like my stay didn’t matter.

Upea boutiquehotelli, josta tosin puuttui jotain tämän hintaluokan hotellille kuuluvaa.
Pros:

Hotelli oli uudehko, moderni ja huone ulkoasultaan omaa silmääni miellyttävä! Huone oli myös tilava! Sijainti erinomainen, lähellä shoppailupaikkoja ja hyviä ravintoloita. Kulkeminen raitiovaunulla nopeaa ja helppoa esim. Southern Cross -asemalle.

Cons:

Tämän hintaluokan hotellissa olettaisin huoneeseen sisältyvän kylpytuotteet esim. vartalovoide ja vanulaput. Käytävästä ja viereisistä huoneista kuului kovaa melua myöhään illalla. Äänieristys oli huono. Aamupalaa en itse kaivannut, koska hotellin alakerrassa erinomainen kahvila, mutta avaamisaikaan tarjolla pettymyksekseni vain rajallisesti tuotteita.
