Great hotel, will recommend.
Pros:

Nice modern boutique hotel in the heart of Melbourne. Walk to restaurants and tram.
Nice clean modern rooms ( although I got stuck with handicap room). Water pressure wonderful.

Cons:

A bit pricey.
