Generally a great location and a very nice hotel. The staff are very sweet too.
Pros:

The location is definitely a bonus. It's in the heart of the city and on the water. The breakfast was great, especially after I chose not to go to the quite expensive buffet {$65} and chose the cafe {a la carte} which for what I wanted to eat was half the price and way more relaxed than the busy buffet crowd. For a Wednesday, it was extremely busy! I was there for my birthday so I guess everyone else had different reasons for booking a Wednesday. My friends and I enjoyed a coffee on Lev 1 before I sent them off. The staff there are extremely nice. The young Asian girl who took our coffee orders by memory, managed to get all 6 coffee requests perfectly correct! Very impressive. That night after dinner with my son and friend (outside) we went to the Infinity pool and bar for a drink. Amazing atmosphere, however we found out the hard way that it is open air as I was watching little pebbles of water on the pool thinking it was a cool special effect... until suddenly we were drenched by a huge sudden gush of RAIN lol.. and had to run inside. Maybe the staff could mention that there"s no glass roof!? Somehow, my birthday hair-do survived...lol. Luckily, the girl was still holding our drinks inside the door when it happened. I will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Mainly the pillows in my room were my only dislike. I'll remember to request soft pillows when I stay there again. I haven't had this issue anywhere else so it didn't occur to me to check them before bed. I'm sure they could have provided them if I had asked but I just wanted to get some sleep. Unfortunately, it was hard to sleep without proper pillows.

Pros:

Loved the food! we basically lived off room service the whole stay! Since it was raining, we didn’t even feel the need to go out. I liked how they set up the table nicely for you, and it was super convenient to just push it out after eating. Everything felt easy and comfortable.

Cons:

We booked the pet package for my pup’s birthday, but when we arrived, the bed and inclusions weren’t ready. We had to call and follow up, and it took a few hours before everything was sorted, which was a bit of a letdown
