Loved the view and clean and cosy the room was.
It was disappointing that we couldn’t sign into the wifi. We had a girls night/movie night planned and couldn’t connect to the internet to cast to the tv.

Staff were all lovely and helpful. Dinner at btwn was lovely. Breakfast buffet was well worth it - so much to choose from!
The lights are so confusing! There were 2 seperate lights that would not turn off with the master off switch and trying to find the powerpoint to one of them was tricky.
The lighting in the bathroom is terrible.. wayyy to dark! And not many hooks or places to hang wet towels.
We also had bikes on the back of the car to be put into storage.. after dinner we came back to find the bikes in our room.. definitely not enough space to have 3 bikes in our room.
The room upgrade was very special. Staff were extraordinary. Room was clean and well laid out. The location and view = outstanding. Customer service went above and beyond. As a single woman it was an easy and safe place to stay.
There were no instructions to log into wi-fi and you had to join the club to access it. The mini-bar was way too expensive for what it was and the hotel just kept adding to the bill. The pillows were very lumpy. The strobe lighting in the hall ways was all very fancy but a bit weird early mornings.
