All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.
For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

Very central in CBD, close to a-lot of the main areas to visit, especially for a first timer in Melbourne. The washing machine and dryer is superb. I feel safe staying here with the amount of privacy we are getting. The view is amazing on the higher floors. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi was excellent.
The thermostat panel was a-bit tricky to set up, especially during winter. But this is also our fault for not checking with the hotel.

very close to Southern Cross Station, easily accessible to everywhere in CBD, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are nice with window except they were a little crowd on Friday, staff are friendly and helpful.

The pillows are all high profile, we even requested some lower ones and they also provided memory foam pillows but they were all way too high for us

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, with shops and malls within easy walking distance.
The 24-hour check-in assistance was seamless, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were a little limited. Having permanent dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, along with hand wash at the basin, would have been more convenient. These were provided in small tubes, and we needed to request refills during our stay.
Permanent dispensers would also help reduce plastic waste. A vacuum cleaner in the apartment would have been a handy addition as well.
Excellent value for money. I've stayed at several hotels in Melbourne over the years, and this is by far one of the best options in this price range. The property is modern and well-maintained, with great facilities, spotless cleanliness, and friendly, professional staff.
The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the overall experience met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Melbourne and would happily recommend it to others.
Our room was missing body wash and rubbish bin cover was left on the kitchen benchtops when we checked in, the second housekeeping staff took one of our room cards that was plugged in. But all of these minor issues were quickly resolved.
