Really like a lot about this hotel. Lovely and friendly staff, always there to help you with anything. Good facilities and the rooms were compact but well equipped with everything. Didn't expect a hotel room to come with full washer and dryer and even a dishwasher! Blackout curtains were very effective and had a good sleep. Location is also really convenient.
Cleanliness could have been better. The pillowcase and bedsheet had dust/lint/stains on them, and one of the plates was oily and had leftover rice on it...Need to pay more attention to detail when doing the housekeeping. Though the staff was really helpful about it and even offered to upgrade us to a new bigger room which was really nice.
