All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.
For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Shout out to Steve for taking care of me when the A/C for our room broke down on Friday (the day Mel got hit with a heat wave). He immediately came to the rescue and moved me to another room. Thank you Steve!
There is lack of management/manager on site. The staff are left to scramble and deal with customers during the time of crisis (when A/C when broke down and affected the entire floor). Only 1 maintenance crew was on site to deal with emergency repairs. He was a very polite and professional gentlemen. Tried his best to explain the situation while waiting for contractors to fix the A/C. I requested to speak with the Manager multiple times but no one showed up. Steve and the mainantance guy were running around and taking care of frustrated customers.
