Friendly and highly cooperative staff. Room service was also to our satisfaction. Bed linen and mattress to room 22 may require attention to remove bed bugs. We both experienced punctures in clusters on skin from mites.

Nettes Boutique Hotel zentral an der Innenstadt gelegen. Alles da was man braucht, leider etwas lieblos im (z.B. kaum Klopapier auf der Toilette, Müll wird von der Putzfrau nicht mitgenommen). Für uns war es ok, würden aber beim nächsten Mal nach was anderem schauen

The hotel is very overrated for what it offers (and overpriced, too). We got a room in the basement that was really smelly. The window opened to a courtyard and other people could sit there right infront of the room window. So you always have to keep the curtains shut and the smell inside...

This is an amazing hotel within walking distance to all the historical places of Marseille. Very attentive staff. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely and helpful team working here. Room was super nice and the reception and dining area was very nice too. The little courtyard is very cute and calm. The breakfast buffet was nice. Can highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Very close to the harbour. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

the inside of the hotel was clean. there was a forest fire and we needed to leave due to breathing issues. we didn’t even enter the room because it was the 4th floor no elevator. the outside was dirty and I was cat called multiple times while waiting for a taxi to leave the city. no refund after requesting.

Wasn’t very impressed with this hotel, the breakfast, or the quality of the items in the room (walls, towels, beds, etc). Wouldn’t recommend to stay here. Our AC stopped working at 22:00, and was fixed quickly, but didn’t keep the room cool enough overnight. There are no blackout curtains so the room is very bright at night. Walls are thin. Windows are thin. Don’t get the breakfast added, it’s not worth it. Just some random grocery store items and mostly bread/carb options. Nothing hot and cooked fresh.

Nice staff and good location, but FYI, very small rooms with the shower literally inside the bedroom.

Het Boutique Hotel straalt charme uit en is stijlvol ingericht. Het personeel is zeer gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is heerlijk met genoeg keuze. Onze kamer was netjes, mooi en ruim, had een heerlijk bed en ruime badkamer met goede regen- én handdouche en het binnenplaatsje was de kers op de taart. Het gaf ons het ultieme Franse gevoel. De ligging van het hotel is ideaal gelegen tussen 2 metrostations, een tram opstapplaats, kleine supermarkt, op loopafstand van de gezellige wijk Cours Julien en het bruisende Vieux Port. Een echte aanrader om hier je kamer te boeken!

This hotel is in an excellent location and you can walk everywhere. It’s very tastefully decorated and the facilities were perfect for us. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our only negative points are that the room we booked was on the road side of the hotel and it was very noisy, it also had a bad smell. The staff were very happy to move us to a quieter room at the back of the hotel. Would stay again. Thank you
