Chambre propre, spacieuse, un petit problème avec la tv qui ne s’allumait pas mais le service de nuit est venu (pas très rapidement) et la tv n’était pas branché (lol) il manquait juste quelques petits plus dans la salle de bain (coton, coton tige) mais sinon j’ai été très satisfaite du rapport qualité prix

The parking was safe and location located near the tram.

The price was quite high comparing to other hotels! Breakfast has excellent variety food. Location is quite far - not walkable to city center.

Personnel sans bienveillance et absolument pas compréhensif.
Séjour facturé malgré une option annulation et malgré l’insistance de hôtels.com qui a essayé de m’aider. J’ai dû annuler tardivement mon déplacement suite à un souci familial mais l’hôtel n’a rien voulu entendre sous prétexte que je n’étais pas passé sur le site de l’hôtel et que je n’étais plus dans les délais... Un peu d’humanité aurait été appréciée!
Je connais l’hôtel qui est propre et confortable mais suite à cette mauvaise expérience je n’y remettrais plus les pieds alors que je suis sur Marseille au moins 1 fois par mois. Il y a des hôtels aussi bien voire mieux sur Marseille et surtout plus humain.

Clean and lovely hotel. it has a very nice pool that is located right next to the restaurant. The staff were friendly and there were extras like laundry service that provided a nice touch when traveling.

It was ok. Stayed for one night. Tuck away on a side street. Staff was nice.

Não conseguimos encontrar a entrada com o carro. Somente a entrada para pedestres estava visível. Muito mal sinalizada a entrada da garagem. Não há lugar p vc parar o carro e descer c as malas. A localização do hotel é ruim. Café da manhã muito bagunçado e barulhento. Com poucas frutas .

Chambre communicante donc bruits dans la chambre d à-côté. Pourquoi ne pas mettre des rideaux pour la porte communicante! Est ce pour cela la raison du tarif?
Bruits de Porte, écoulement d’eau. . Pas top!

Chambre trop bruyante ma

Neuf mais chambre bruyante car mal insonorisée. Vraiment dommage. Petit-déjeuner trop juste pour un 4 étoiles. Le meilleur: la literie.

Lovely modern hotel. Large spacious bedroom with modern IT facilities (USB charges, lighting etc). Excellent breakfast - lots of choice and freshly cooked items. Staff very friendly and helpful with any request. Pool area was nice with sun loungers and umbrellas. Only downside was the location - aware when we booked it was 1.7miles out of city centre. Hotel is in a residential area, with only 2 restaurants (one oriental the other a steak/burger place). We have stayed in other hotels out of city centres in Europe and always had a selection of good restaurants near by to use, so were surprised on arrival it was not the same. The public bus that went past the hotel did not go into main centre of Marseille. If you like staying outside of city centre and don't mind travelling to restaurants, then would definitely recommend the hotel.

Am Besten hat mir das große Bett gefallen. Das war erstaunlich bequem. Die Einrichtung ist modern. Die Reinigung des Bades entspricht nicht einem höherwertigen Hotel und das Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung in der wirklich geringen Auswahl. Die Schnellstraße nebenan war nur leise zu hören.

Hôtel très correct avec piscine. Parking pratique.

Air con was barely working at nights. I raised complaint since first night even called at mid nights and 3 ams to see if there is issue. The sleep was very poor throughout our stay of 4 nights due to that. Plus some staff members at reception do not understand English which makes it much more difficult when u call at 1 am to see if there is a problem centrally. The staff didn't seem to be wantung to make efforts to address the issue.

Everyday i saw guests complaining about something or the other at reception.

Vegetarian breakfast was roasted potatoes and tomatoes all 4 days and rest all Sugar stuff.

Un très grand merci à Cassandra pour sa gentillesse et sa volonté à la satisfaction de la clientèle. Elle à accepté de modifier une réservation non remboursable, alors qu'elle n'était pas obligé de la faire. Merci. Sinon concernant l'hôtels, tout est parfait.

The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight—plentiful, fresh, and served by attentive staff who kept everything running smoothly.

However, the location left something to be desired. It felt a bit isolated and wasn’t particularly convenient for exploring the surrounding area or accessing key attractions.

Unfortunately, the dinner experience at the hotel restaurant didn’t live up to expectations. The food lacked flavor and quality, and overall it didn’t feel like good value. It’s worth considering dining elsewhere if you’re staying here.
