Pros:

I was so disappointed I book for 2 days and my husband got a very bad allergy because the smell of the toilet was so terrible and under the bad was so dirt

Pros:

Location was great for the convention centre. Apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed.

Cons:

Would have liked our bins emptied as they began to smell after a few days and there weren't any directions to a rubbish chute or spare bin bags. A dust pan and brush to clean up after cooking/eating would be useful. A few more hangers for clothes would also come in handy.

Pros:

The location was fantastic and the apartment was great.

Cons:

Just some small suggestions. There was no salt or pepper, needs some normal glasses as only wine glasses present. We noticed the knife block needed a clean.

Great apart from first entry.
Pros:

Very comfortable, clean, secure spacious.

Cons:

The app. It could be made alot user friendly. So confusing for older users. Have stayed in many accommodations previously, this is the first time I've come across one as confusing

Pros:

Great design and decor and layout. Good location very central to everything. Beds were super comfortable.

Cons:

The apartment wasn't cleaned very well. Hair on wall tiles and floor of shower and dirty hand prints on kitchen. Which was disappointing as the rest was excellent.

Great Value for money
Pros:

Location modernness and cleanliness

Cons:

The access tag process is a little frustrating. If your battery dies on your phone how do you get in? You have to open app every time to access the property.

Pros:

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

We were on the first floor and the Pilates studio below started classes at 6am with I presume the trainer with a microphone to run the class. It was too loud and would not make me recommend staying due to that noise.

The showers need to be resealed and cleaned properly.

The space was good in terms of size

Cons:

The bathrooms are really mouldy. It's unhealthy. The balcony is really dirty. My feet were black in less than one minute.

Fabulous location, clean & comfortable.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Everything you need so close by.
Parked our vehicle then walked where we needed to go.
Supermarket, bottle shop, pub, cafes, restaurants, chemist, tram stop, showground, all less than 10 minutes walk.

Cons:

The check in process was very clunky. Our contact number had been transposed incorrectly so we didn’t receive our instructions. When we arrived we had to speak to someone, then download an app, then call him back. Not a great system if something goes awry.
Once this was sorted it was ok.

We will stay here again
Pros:

The location was perfect for our needs.
The layout of the apartment was great and we loved the balcony and deep bath. There are a range of restaurants right nearby.

Comfortable apartment for short one night stay
