Avoid at all cost, no staff onsite and the remote kids running the show don’t want to listen.

Cons:

The staff were rude, talked over the top of us when we were trying to explain the issue that we had and hung up on us.
We could not get into my 81 year old fathers room, he has dementia and when we tried to explain that we needed access as the locks weren’t working they did not care.
The bedroom aircon did not work even after we cleaned the clogged filters.

Cons:

Virtual key entry system is too hit and miss and only one key access, so my husband and I had to keep swapping phones every time he left the apartment. Very inconvenient.

The check in was a nightmare. I will never stay in a digital operation again. It would help if we were told of this on your site. I rated staff as poor because there were none. Manned reception in future for me.

Nice and comfortable stay with affordable price

Prefer old school check in/out as the pass key tricky sometimes to go in and out the apartment.

A bit disappointing.
Pros:

Location, comfort

Cons:

No ensuite, when there's room for one there.

No cleaning of rooms for duration of stay, or bin emptying, or replenishing of tea/coffee etc.

Lighbulbs missing in both room lamps (although they were replaced after we mentioned it to the owner).

Mobile key usually worked but was a bit hit and miss.

Lastly, we were unable to check in to our rooms on time- we had to wait up to 3 hours after the advertised check in time, as the cleaners had not cleaned our room yet. There were no apologies given, and no compensation offered. It was cold outside and most shops had shut (Sunday evening), so we spent the time wandering around the local IGA and walking the streets.

We loved our first stay at Grow which is why we returned, despite the higher rates. This was a disappointing second stay.

The apartment itself was very nice

Cons:

No physical key, only the person who booked the room was able to download a key through an app to use for the doors and lifts, quite annoying when there is multiple people staying or your phone ha sa low battery. Also there is no reception to talk to or store your bags at. We stayed over gather round and the prices were heavily inflated, not worth the price we paid.

Grow at Goodwood was a comfortable stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

Grow at Goodwood is in an excellent location on a main road close to public transport and with a secure car park. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were sufficient. There are several cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment.

Cons:

The apartment could have been cleaner, the curtains were dusty and there was hair on the floor. The keyless JustIn app was not functioning on arrival and was a bit cumbersome to use throught our stay but overall worked as it should.
