Please avoid staying here it was absolutely disgusting from cleaning to people to staff it was very bad.
Tried to get a refund but they declined despite photo evidence

Mildew in the bathroom, room stunk, noisy, unclean, hairs in bathroom, generally not good, food took and hour to get to us,still waiting for garlic bread which we ordered prior to it
The location and amenities were good and presented pretty average. The bistro staff were friendly and welcoming. The food is average
The cleanliness of the room was poor with dirty dishes. The back sliding glass and fly screen were unlocked.

When we checked in the room was full of mould, it covered the bathroom and was even in the fridge. It was filthy and we couldnt stay in the room. The staff were rude and told me to book somewhere else this was at 10pm, and said they would refund me our stay the following day. When I called booking to get my refund the hotel refused stating they had a 3 day cancellation rule, I called them and was hung up on and my number blocked. It has been 3 days since and neither hotel or booking.com have resolved the issue and no refund has been processed or started. The entire experience has been horrible.

Great location, nice view from room. Staff were helpful.
The room we stayed in was okay, but the entire ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mould. Aside from this there were drawers that were difficult to open and close. Needs an overall renovation in my opinion.

The property was located in a good place and the size of the rooms etc were really good
It is winter and there was no blanket or doona. I was freezing all night and had all my clothes on. I put the air conditioner on and it doesn’t have a heat setting.

Pizza bar was only good thing in whole hotel
Bad facilities, mirror dirty, just no maintenance has been done a the room. Curtains held up by string, rubber seals on door broken, curtains wouldn’t close, soap dispensers broken and no tea or coffee at all in room.

The location was lovely. Unfortunately the room was dusty, dirty ,the floors filthy and the bathroom sink was cracked on both sides and had been glued together. there was a hole in the wall and hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. the bed covers had not been washed and had dirty marks on them. the fridge was very old and the freezer was thick with ice and frost and needed to be defrosted. There were no plates or cutlery and only one wine glass and two tumblers.
The air conditioner on the balcony was hanging off the wall.
The view from the balcony was lovely.
