Great room, ok staff
Pros:

Rooms were clean, bed was great, plenty of hot water, very nice venue.

Cons:

I had to check in late, I rang and they said they would send through my room pin number, by the time I had got to the hotel they had not and had stayed back to check me in, had not sent me a msg to let me know, the reception person was very short spoken and hard to comunicate with. Pest control nocked on my door at 9:45am even though my check out was at 11am.

Family friendly accomodating stay, with beautiful views.
Pros:

The concierge lady was so friendly. She made everything so easy and hassle-free. We stayed here for 2 weeks and every interaction with her was lovely. I saw her at the desk, and the kitchen. A quiet achiever that goes above and beyond with a smile. All the staff here are doing a stellar job & everyone here does their best.
The lady who usually does the morning in the restaurant was also super lovely & accommodating. On the few occasions we had breakfast here, my 11 year old walked away saying she’s so nice. She also makes delicious food!! Thank you to all the team

Pros:

I did not like any part of my stay.

Cons:

The first 2 x rooms the reception staff assigned me to, when I entered the rooms, they were dirty with the beds still unmade from the previous occupants and the third room I was allocated, though the code worked, the door would not unlock.

Cons:

Cleanliness wasn't good at all, even a ring in the bath tub, I cleaned shower and bath before allowing kids to use, shower gel emptied on shower floor, dust everywhere just not good.

Pros:

We like the location and this place could have so much potential

Cons:

The aircon didnt work. The beds we must have been sleeping on plastic as every move kets others in room awake. The restaurant was so bad we didnt eat it nor do other couples and ao expensive for uncooked meals
