The view on the river and of the boats was lovely
The bathroom floor was not very clean. Limited tea/coffee things in room and the cups were not clean. No dish washing detergent to be able to wash the cups either.
Veey comfortable beds, how quiet.
No easy access public trabsport
Did not have breakfast. Location is great.

Needed cleaning
The bed seemed clean and was comfortable. The price of accommodation was affordable. Check-in was efficient.
A lot of mould in the bathroom, and a small amount on the curtains. The shower was falling apart, and general maintenance on the building is needed in so many places. No plates, cutlery, or microwave in the room.
The rooms were disgusting. The sheets seemed like they hadn’t been changed. There was food still in the microwave and there was piss at the back of the toilet bowl.
In the cups were disgusting hadn’t been washed just a really good clean of the rooms would make a big difference
One room clean allowed per week, and they wouldn't even make the bed ...... just dumped the clean sheets on top of a dirty bed and left it for me to make.

Old and run down needs some attention , shower constantly leaking and mould and rust in bathroom
Absolutely nothing!
Everything! Blood on bedding and towels. Vomit throughout staircase. Bodily fluids on sheets. Restaurant filthy with dirty dishes not cleared from hours earlier. Manager refused to come to room and address major biohazard issues like blood on pillow. Told us, 'Go back to your room'. Had to leave premises and manager refuses to refund any money. Do not get tricked into booking as they use old photos to advertise. Reported to all governing authorities and have made a police report.
