A comfortable stay with great food.
Pros:

The premises itself were reasonable, but the real surprise was how good the food in the restaurant was. We were pleasantly surprised and must compliment the chef for the taste and quality of the food. The room was large and there was a balcony overlooking the pool and onto the harbour.

Cons:

It would have been nice if there was a little more cupboard storage and some extra coat hangers as well. We did have to advise maintenance about a blocked bathroom sink. We did only advise them the night before we left, so hopefully that would have been fixed for the next customers.

Ok for a night, the bar tender care taker was friendly and very accommodating
Pros:

It was clean, beds comfortable, pillows good

Pros:

The pool straight out the door

Cons:

How dirty the floor was I put the baby down for 2 minutes to make a bottle and his legs were black. There was no fire alarm.
And a dog barked all night. Oh and they give U a bath and sink to wash up in but no plugs... That was hard with babies. I ended up stopping the drain with the soap and a plastic bag.

I had a lovely, peaceful stay and I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

I loved the location it was surprisingly peaceful and the room was very comfortable. As a boat lover, The view was spectacular.

Cons:

It would be great if tea, coffee and milk were in the rooms in case you wanted to stay in.

Is it real love or really low shit show
Pros:

A sense of all employees wellbeing & 🦺

Cons:

Mental, psychological, & miss leading information used as a money grab & trust as well as a hugely questionable activities amongst many un sure might just be mental health problems or other . Couldn't find a real man/ partner or friend nor a place I can make home sadly I would of loved being a long term resident eventually. Mine or not

You get what you pay for, hospitality is very poor
Pros:

Not much, room was okay beds comfortable not to far from theme parks

Cons:

If booking through booking.com please be aware they don’t answer your direct messages, tried calling no one answers the phone, I was arriving after check in hours heard nothing, arrive at hotel no one around and no lock box numbers given had to then sleep in the car with 4 adults, as their after hours number is 000 so that’s no help.

Fraudulent advertising and very dodgy practices - BEWARE
Pros:

The marina view was nice but it was not the sea view that we paid for and that was advertised

Cons:

We booked and paid for a "double room with a sea view". The first room we were sent to was a storeroom that just had a number stuck on top of the storeroom sign. It only included two beds that was meant to cater for 7 people. We went back down to concierge and then were sent to another room with only two beds. We were then told that no double rooms were available and our family would need to be split into two separate rooms. Our "sea view" was only a marina view. There was mould on one of the quilts and mould at the bottom of the air-conditioner unit. We attempted to resolve issues with staff on multiple occasions but were told nothing could be done and these were the only rooms available. We were offered no refund for the changes in rooms and quality.

We attempted to eat at the "all-you-can-eat" seafood and steak buffet and paid over $500 to find there was only bread rolls and rice left and they refused to provide a refund because "we sat down and started eating" (hungry kids after being sent to two incorrect rooms and they only took maybe one bite of bread rolls before we requested refund). Police were called because multiple families were experiencing the same issues as us. We will be taking it further to fair trading due to the concerning levels of fraud and legislative breaches.

Not a good experience.
Pros:

Location is the only thing going for this hotel.
No bath mats overall not clean.
Our room was so far from the lifts.
No batteries for AC
Sheets all wrinkled did someone else sleep in them?
No one at reception on arrival which stated between 2 and 8 pm.
Had to ring and ask to book in.
Guy that came to book us in his t shirt was all wrinkled.
Would never ever recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Have someone on reception to book people in.
Or leave clear instructions as to what to do.

Pros:

Downstairs bar and restaurant were good, pool giant chess board and ping pong table good for the kids, friendly staff and great atmosphere 👍

Cons:

Difficult to get into room, we stayed for 3 nights had no change of linen and towels, they charged $$$ for clean towels if you wanted them, also a $25 fee to remove rubbish from your room, such as room service stuff, door was Difficult to open as it was a digital lock, no key.
