Really disappointing
Pros:

The only thing that I liked about the property was the young lady at the front counter. She was lovely and trying to be helpful as much as she could.

Cons:

The photos online are very deceiving. We booked two nights and left after one because we didn’t want to stay there a second longer.

The unit was dirty and poorly maintained — smelled like wet carpet, it had broken tiles, cobwebs everywhere and it clearly needs a proper deep clean. The bed was awful (you could feel the springs) and it was basically a mattress on the floor with another mattress on top.

The staff member at the counter tried to help, but said all units are the same (just a “better view” — there weren’t really any views). We were moved to an accessible unit, which is great if that’s what you need, but the bathroom and kitchen/joinery were all set very low — my husband is 180cm and had to crouch just to use the basin.

Not luxury expectations — just basic cleanliness and a functional bed. You can get far better accommodation at the backpackers down the road.

Gross. This place should be condemned!
Pros:

Nothing! I have lodged a complaint about this room. There was hair in the beds, excrement on the sheets and bed covers and mold smell throughout the entire building! The toilet was unclean when we arrived.

Cons:

Worst place we have ever stayed! Left early.

I found the times that I did eat at your restaurant that the food was either undercooked or it was cold I went to sit in
Pros:

It was a good location for where I needed to be for the week

Cons:

I arrived into my room to find the lock on the door barely working to enter the room and Phone. Someone had used the toilet. The basin as the soap was open and also look like someone sleeping in bed.

Very disappointed with the whole experience. Will not be recommending this accomodation to anyone.

Very misleading.
Poor hygiene throughout hotel.
Reptiles room.
Smoke detectors covered with plastic bags. (So not active)
Very rude and dismissive customer service.
The whole building smelt like mould.
