No receptionist. Lack of communication. I got the wrong room. Someone was already in it. Waited an hour to get my room.

Pros:

It was perfect for lastmin booking and price was worth it (you get what you pay for)
the location is perfect. Shops parks beaches were nearby.
Food was amazing especially SEAFOOD
staff were friendly especially the Chefs and kitchen crew

We changed rooms 3 times as of 4pm , rooms still filthy. Chinese owners letting go to the dogs with criminal elements making it difficult.

Pros:

Not much other than the fact it overlooked the Marina

Cons:

The room was not even finished being built , said there was microwave but wasn't , door leading to veranda would not lock and if I never had a Netflix or Disney subscription there was no way of watching tv when there was no aerial . Never took photos as didn't feel there was anything worth taking photos of .

reasonable value for money
Pros:

Good location at the harbour. Reasonably spacious with a balcony, pretty good beds. Personnel made an exception for us, allowing to check in at 10:30

The "pantry" only featured a fridge and a kettle.
