I had seafood spaghetti for dinner, but the noodles were disappointing and pricey. I expected better quality for the cost.
The location was perfect for us as it was only 10 minutes away from the animal quarantine facility which we were picking our dog up from the following morning.
The room was comfortable with lovely views from the balcony. Tea, coffee, water etc was provided, as were nice toiletries and dressing gowns.
We ate in the Cucina restaurant and really enjoyed the lamb shanks.
On weekdays, the restaurant doesn’t open for breakfast until 9am. Considering that checkout is 10am, this seems a little late.
We had paid for breakfast in advance as part of our stay, and it was really tasty. We were, however, surprised to be charged $16 for a refill of coffee & a 2nd pot of tea! This seemed very mean - surely residents should be able to have a 2nd drink at breakfast without charge!
Although the shower looked fabulous, it unfortunately flooded the bathroom! A case of form over function.
