Another great stay
Pros:

Location and amenities are fantastic, conveniently located right near the Victoria Cross Metro station. Beds are very comfortable

Cons:

Some issues with casting from my device to the TV, followed the directions on the screen and was able to watch for a little while, but kept disconnecting me. Not the biggest deal in the world though

Clean and convenient
Pros:

The place was clean and tidy and local to grocery stores and the train which was handy..
Staff were courteous and professional

Cons:

No safe (that we could find). TV a bit small, (but I am spoilt at home).

It was good, I’d probably stay here again if I went back to Sydney .
Pros:

I liked the bathroom it was very nice. The laundry was also very convenient but you do have to pay $6-$7 for the dryer, and the same for the washing machine. ( I didn’t mind just helpful information for others who want to stay ). It was in a great location, there is a Cole’s supermarket down the street, a lot of eating place around the location. A lot of places to catch the buses and 2 train stations in the area within walking distance. People had also said that the lighting was too dark, but I actually liked it.

Cons:

Everything was good except for the toilet, it kept getting blocked easily and it was late at the time so I didn’t know if there would be help available. But I did let them know on my departure.

Pros:

Wasn't expected the modern and nice room.

Cons:

After having coffee at the lounge in the morning, went back to the room, but key didn't work. Back to the reception and a staff fixed but we were very worry.

Pros:

Price and walking to train

Cons:

I cannot believe there are no power points in the bathroom in ANY of the rooms in the hotel . So if a girl needs to do her hair or makeup - no bathroom bench no plug for hairdryer or straightener - men - sorry no shaving!

Staying in North Sydney is a viable alternative to CBD hotels as the Metro line is convenienti
Pros:

Convenient location. Reception staff very helpful. Room was comfortable and well appointed

Cons:

Bar Lettera restaurant was quite expensive and ordinary. Pasta dish wss not freshly cooked and the pork milanese was greasy and salty.

We had breakfast included but were limited to one main course and a beverage. So no juice, cereal or toast.

Cons:

Families, please be aware! The room was booked with “breakfast included” for one adult and a 9-year-old child. However, at breakfast we were told that the child was not included in the breakfast package. At reception we were informed that children are never included in breakfast and must always be paid for separately, so an additional payment was required.

This was unexpected and unusual, especially when travelling with children, as the booking clearly stated “breakfast included” and all guests staying in the room were specified during the reservation. It would be helpful if the policy were changed or at least clearly stated that “breakfast included” applies only to adults.

Nice clean hotel right in the heart of north Sydney.
Pros:

A nice modern hotel right in the heart of North Sydney CBD. Close to transport and shops and cafes.

Cons:

Waiting a while for breakfast to be served as it was not a buffet but order off menu.
