Great place with great staff. Rather upscale, but being updcale, I would expect better wifi (VEry weak in the room) and better bathrooms (Low water pressure)

Pros:

Rooms lacked technology ports/charging options. Lighting in room very dim. No air conditioning or fans. Service while very polite was quite slow. I waited 30 minutes for someone to take my drink order and no other patrons were there. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Pros:

It was a very good experience a hotel des roches. We loved the staff in particular. The rooms needs to be updated but overall the location is so special with a great view and central location that we didn’t care. Probably the best stay we had during our trip in the Loire valley.

Very special hotel - a must visit
Pros:

What a delight! Rooms built into the famous Loire hills - very special and unique. Rooms are huge for European standards and well appointed.
