Pros:

Clean sheets and location were good and lighting was good.

Cons:

This place has paper thin walls you can hear everything. There was some celebration outside and the windows don't block out much noise. I could hear the neighbors talking all night and struggled to get to sleep. I wouldn't stay here again. Facilities in the bathroom look a bit worn out

Très bon séjour au Luminor
Pros:

L’emplacement est top , proche des restaurants et commerces.
Le personnel est souriant, serviable, réactif et accueillant.
Le petit déjeuner est varié.
La piscine est agréable, n’hésitez pas à demander des serviettes. Il y a aussi une petite salle de sport avec quelques équipements (tapis de course, vélo elliptique, haltères…)

Cons:

Même si ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, il y a un coq qui chante tous les matins très trop. Les draps ne sont pas changés malgré le ménage fait tous les jours. Un petit coup de rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu notamment concernant les salles de bain des chambres.

Wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.
Pros:

Lovely staff, great location. Reception area and outside outstanding

Cons:

The ceiling light went out and did not turn back on. Couldn’t phone reception as the room telephone didn’t work. The room safe didn’t lock even though the power was on. I asked reception to send a service person to come look and no one ever came up.
Bathroom vanity was not wiped down and water stained. Shower doors clouded with built up soap scum and grimy in the cornices. Floor was very sticky from built up grime (you could see the grime in the floorboard crevices).

Good value for the price,good place, good people
Pros:

It’s close to everything, perfect location, staff is the best thing there, they are very nice all the time and helpful.they even celebrated my birthday. Thank you so much

Cons:

House keeping is actually not good at all, the walls, towels, beed sheets…not clean, looks dusty,no smell or bad one 😕when they enter the room they only organize the bed even if it’s not clean. They don’t change waste, only put new towels and tissue.
