Pros:

Staff were very welcoming, good central location.
Room was comfortable.value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast/bar area could be kept cleaner.
Tables were sticky and didn't appear to be cleaned down.
Breakfast fridge containing milk/yoghurt needs a good clean.

Cons:

General cleanliness is ok butthe bathroom needs a deep clean and drinking areas near the bar are nit kept clean.
In 8 days I didn't see anyone use a damp or wet cloth.

Pros:

I lost my wallet and only realized it the next day. Thankfully, the hotel staff kept it safe, and everything was still there cash cards everything! Really appreciate the honesty and good service. The hotel was clean and comfortable, Thank you Luminor! 😇🤩

Location was easy to access restaurants and shops, rooftop pool was beautiful.

Clean sheets and location were good and lighting was good.

Cons:

This place has paper thin walls you can hear everything. There was some celebration outside and the windows don't block out much noise. I could hear the neighbors talking all night and struggled to get to sleep. I wouldn't stay here again. Facilities in the bathroom look a bit worn out

Nous avons aime la chambre. La modernité des équipements. L’excellente et varié petit déjeuner et le personnel de qualité

Très bon séjour au Luminor
Pros:

L’emplacement est top , proche des restaurants et commerces.
Le personnel est souriant, serviable, réactif et accueillant.
Le petit déjeuner est varié.
La piscine est agréable, n’hésitez pas à demander des serviettes. Il y a aussi une petite salle de sport avec quelques équipements (tapis de course, vélo elliptique, haltères…)

Cons:

Même si ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, il y a un coq qui chante tous les matins très trop. Les draps ne sont pas changés malgré le ménage fait tous les jours. Un petit coup de rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu notamment concernant les salles de bain des chambres.
