Amazing Stay at Hotel Tentrem! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

Stayed at Hotel Tentrem for 4 days with my baby, and honestly, everything has been amazing! We really enjoyed our stay, and the whole team made sure we were comfortable and well looked after.

The room was always clean, and I really appreciated how thoughtful they were, especially travelling with a baby. They provided a high chair, bottle warmer, and even set up a cute little kids’ tent in our room so my baby could play! Such a lovely touch!

And the breakfast was WOW! Honestly, it felt more like a lunch buffet than breakfast! 😂 The variety was incredible, with pretty much everything you could think of. I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels, but I’ve never seen a hotel breakfast quite like this before! So many choices, and everything we tried was delicious. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay!

I also had the chance to try breakfast at Kayumanis on Level 6, and I want to give a special mention to Mbak Julyanti (hopefully I got her name right!). She was so lovely and helpful, assisting me with my requests and making sure everything I asked for was taken care of. Really appreciated her kindness and effort!

A special shout-out to the Executive Lounge team! I wish I could remember everyone’s names, but special thanks to Ratih, Wanda and Gab, who always welcomed us with a smile and made sure everything was ready for me and my baby. Everyone was so lovely and helpful!

And of course, a big thank you to the Kitchen Team, although I unfortunately didn’t get their names. They really tried their best to accommodate my baby’s special food requests, and I genuinely appreciated the effort. It’s these little things that make travelling with a baby so much easier!

Overall, I honestly couldn’t complain about anything. What made our stay extra special wasn’t just the beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast and facilities, but how friendly, thoughtful and genuinely caring everyone was. Def wil come back

I will definitely be back and hopefully by then the elevator light is brighter and the rooms are soundproofed
Pros:

Great design, location, received a free upgrade to the Kraton Suite which was a great delight.. Honestly every corner of the building is beautifully designed. Very calming and clean and aesthetically pleasing. I also liked that there’s not too much Sidomuncul brand display like the Tentrem in Jogja.

Cons:

Elevator light is too dark even for me who have normal eyesights but especially for my mom who has a poorer eyesight. Also, I got assigned to room no. 1702 but the sound of cars and motorcycles from the streets came through the room which was annoying when I was trying to sleep.

It is a beautiful hotel .. the lobby area is picturesque and very tastefully laid. Lovely !
Pros:

The breakfast is quite a good spread and the lobby restaurant is spacious. There is no rush for places and one can start the day at a relaxed pace.
