Pros:

The wonderful fragrance that greeted me at the elevator doors in the carpark. Spacious room and large shower recess. Enormous bed, nice selection for breakfast

Cons:

Bed was a little firm. Breakfast - bacon was undercooked and the scrambled eggs were wet and sloppy like they had been put through a blender.

The location was super convenient, and I appreciated how modern everything felt. The hotel lobby had beautiful interior design, the robes were nice and comfy, and I enjoyed the variety of TV channels and the handy iPad menu.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed with a few things at the property. The concierge initially seemed to think I hadn’t paid in advance (even though I had), and it took some back-and-forth before he admitted I was correct. The pillows were very uncomfortable, the hallway was quite noisy, and I was really surprised to find stains on the mattress … especially for $285 a night. Those issues took away from the stay.

Great location, great value for money, clean, comfy beds
Pros:

Comfy beds, lifts, easy parking, walking distance to Panthers and crispy cremes, very quiet, bathrooms great, enough variety space for makeup etc, shower great, pillows great, excellent breakfast. Big soft bath towels. Felt safe walking to and from dinner

Cons:

No pool or spa but I knew that before booking.
