Pros:

Receptionist was lovely and she offered me a drink so love the additional service. Room was huge. Very clean and well located for next leg of trip through blue mountains.

Cons:

Nothing really but if I was going to pick one thing it would be the shower pressure which was a trickle.

A pleasant surprise and would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

The foyer, restaurant and other areas of the hotel were tastefully appointed and give you a feeling of space. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The in-room dining was excellent and delivered in a timely manner by firndly and helpful staff. The hotel is located directly opposite the Penrith Panthers Club so there are plenty of other dining options also available with a short walk.

We had a lovely stay in Sydney and hotel is in a good location
