Average to disappointing.
Pros:

Location was fine with access to the commercial centre for breakfast. No restaurant so limited take away selection.

Cons:

On arrival room not ready at 1500. Eventually offered a beautiful spacious room however window broken and therefore aircon would not work. Moved to a substantially smaller room. Room was fine however seating was like concrete and extremely uncomfortable.
