Staff were lovely but the room furniture/furnishings were terrible. Worst bed.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the bathroom products were nice.

Cons:

The bed was so incredibly hard, the bedding was rough and the lounge was not comfortable. All furniture was hard.

Lost hot water & no communication as booked through booking.com. Front desk had my email as I received a feedback request the same morning as not hot water.

Location! Convenience for where we needed to go/do. Shops right next door too. The room was exceptionally clean and beds were so comfortable! Very spacious 2bed apartment

Pros:

Close to where I was attending a conference, so convenient. It was clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

I did get a lecture from the receptionist when I arrived at 9pm. I had replied to an email about parking and I was lectured on not replying. It wasn’t an issue and I was able to park on the property but the receptionist still gave me a serving about not replying !!

Good location. Lack of facilities and caring.

The location was great.

Cons:

We payed a lot of money to have the view of the footy for the game and could barely see it, air conditioning wasn’t working kept turning off and now the whole night ruined the stay completely.
