Very clean, very comfortable bed, lovely staff and a nice surprise complimentary wine on arrival

Couch too firm to be comfortable
Car park ramps very tight to manoeuvre and low visibility particularly at the down ramp at the roller door

Pros:

This hotel was perfect for us. Close to the shops and not too far from the airport. Clean and tidy. Upmarket and amazing staff. Highly recommend.

Cons:

I wish it had room service for food but there were shops right next door so it was fine.

Disappointed in the staff showing such disrespect
Cons:

I had asked to be contacted if I could access the room earlier than 2pm on the day and nobody returned my call as promised.
When the room number was sent to me as an after hours contact it was incorrect. I had no access to the lift from the street so I was faced with climbing two flights of stairs and having no access to the room
I had an ambulance take me to hospital early in the morning with a medical emergency I have called and asked to speak to the manager twice and my calls remained ignored. Poor form Quest. Really disappointed.
