Was so relaxing staff very friendly and helpful

Was so pleased with the Handicapped room ..was very well thought out and made our stay so much easier ..location was fantastic to just walk out the front and have the golf course right there ..very relaxing and would def stay again

Great location, quite, well set out and friendly staff member at the golf club.
Pros:

Very quite and comfortable. Beds and shower great.

Cons:

Lounge was EXTREMELY uncomfortable.
Another sharp knife would be great.
Plastic chopping boards need replacing.
Small bowls would be beneficial.

An enjoyable and relaxing stay that’s central to SA’s Riverland
Pros:

The shacks are still quite new, well designed and very clean. The location on the side of the golf course is peaceful. A great couples location.

Cons:

There was a crying baby or child one night. The shack design doesn’t provide much sound protection against that sort of penetrating noise. We were expecting an adults only accommodation.

Overall, I myself was happy with the accommodation that we booked and enjoyed my stay ☺️
Pros:

I liked the location as it was quiet. The accommodation booked, was SHACK 12. The bed was nice, soft and comfortable. I al enjoyed the decor and also the spacious bathroom, although I didn't try the bath although I think that I would have enjoyed the nice deep bath. The outdoor area looked nice, but because of the time of the year we were travelling, September, the evenings and nights were too cold to enjoy it and the two days we were in Berri were too busy to enjoy the outdoor area.

Cons:

For the accommodation that we booked, as my wife and myself were travelling with my sister-in-law, we had to share the accommodation with her because we thought that we had booked our accommodation with two separate rooms. This might have been an oversight, misunderstanding by us when booking our stay? My wife was not impressed with our booking accommodation for the same reason, as mentioned.
I there were any negatives with our accommodation and stay, at the time of our stay / holiday, there wasn't enough cutlery, only 1 knife and teaspoon? There were no dinner plates as well. This might be because people would most probably eat out most times?
Another negative is, there were no block out blinds, only blinds that covered the windows, sliding doors, which you could see through. If you needed to change, you needed to use the bathroom, especially if you were changing at night times.
In mentioning the above negatives, these are easy fixes, as in installing block out blinds so people could change in the room and not the bathroom if they wanted to?

Pros:

New,clean and well designed. Beautiful outlook over the golf course.

Bed was a bit too soft and we could hear the tv from the next room.

Nice enough for 2 nights but wouldn’t return
Pros:

Location was good. The rooms looked great being new and modern yet a practical bathroom. Good shower head.

Cons:

The room was not clean, there was so much hair on the floor especially all over the bathroom and on the bath. A Nespresso coffee machine was available but checked the room for coffee pods. I rang for a supply and was told they must be there (there weren’t). Told to go to reception to collect, so went there, then told they would be delivered.
The bed was terrible, which put my neck out.
