Love what the Hilton is doing in country centres in Western Australia. Albany now Busselton.
Pros:

Staff were friendly 7 people we booked late for dinner the restaurant was booked out so a special table was set up for our group adjacent to the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast very good.

Cons:

Very clean the hotel was booked still ample parking. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Very nice, liked the $30 evening meal special and wine

Excellent. I liked the small hotel ambience and friendly staff

Cons:

Possum poo all over outside windowsill.

TV did not work for half of the time, channels were selected but no content/occasional freeze frame, very frustrating.

lovely, will visit again.
Pros:

Staff was helpful and friendly. The location is superb and dinner + breakfast was excellent.
The room was clean and tidy with the complementary coffee/waters.... Great place to stay.

Cons:

Not much that I can fault, overall, a great stay.
Maybe the showerhead adjustments were a bit tough, I am tall and my wife short and adjusting the shower head was difficult in the room we were in.

Lovely hotel in a great spot. We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Lovely new property, smallish rooms but very comfortable. The rooms were very well thought out with everything needed for a stay. Beautiful balcony area looking towards the ocean.

Cons:

Not the hotels fault but it was VERY noisy late into the night from the venue nearby. Even the heavy doors didn’t stop the noise.
