Lack EQ from breakfast staff.

I got a strong racist feeling from other clientele n some staff...towards me n my family. Dont worry however as i dont tolerate it, neither will my gentle African Australian husband. Noticed Filipino staff and they have strong EQ . The white Australian staff are tense or awkward near customers who arent white, so you should work on that as this is xenophobia in subtle action. PS. I m a white Aussie with a multicultural lense n i demand acceptance for our mixed race family n all travellers across Australia. The facilities r lovely overall. The staff are a work in progress which affects a holiday .

Short but sweet.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing - one of the best we'd experienced. We were only in town overnight for a show, so didn't have a lot of time to experience the hotel properly. Look forward to our next - longer - visit. Location is perfect.

Cons:

For the short time she were there it was perfect. Great location and perfect for parking.
