Comfortable well-located apartment in Melbourne's northern suburbs
Pros:

Location convenient for Anstey rail station. Apartment well-equipped. Food options on Sydney Road and frequent trams to the City. Staff were easy to reach by phone and helpful in dealing with access and other queries.

Cons:

Access was a bit inconvenient. The digital key provided didn't work well, nor did the App (Salto KS) that I was required to download. As a result we needed to enter three passcodes every time we wanted to access the room - one for the street, one for the lift and one for the room. Presumably security is a significant concern in this area.

There was also a long string of emails from the property managers, starting with a request for a photo of my driving licence soon after booking. While communication is a good thing, the total number of emails received - well over 10 for a 2 night stay - is probably excessive. Payment could also be simplified - I needed to make three separate bank transfers for the room, the car park and the security bond.

Comfortable place to stay
Pros:

The location was good for us. It was close to the train and good restaurants. The apartment was comfortable with a small kitchen and very good bathroom. It would be suitable for people with mobility aids as the doorways were quite wide and shower was walk in.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise on Friday and Saturday nights but it stopped by 11 pm and didn’t bother us. We used an app to enter the building and room. It worked for us but there was an update issue and some people couldn’t get into the building. However, we were informed about it.

I will definitely return and I would recommend this property to anyone visiting. It’s perfectly located and close to man
Pros:

The apartment was excellent so comfortable and very clean . The location was perfect beside train and short walk to the tram. I was visiting my daughter and the property was only a short walk away. There also a fabulous restaurant on site, the food was amazing.

Good location, modern building.
Pros:

Location was great - plenty of brunch spots, and nightlife. Rooms were spacious and modern. The provisions in the kitchen were handy (i.e. utensils, crockery, tea selection, milk).

Cons:

Whilst staff made every effort, the accommodation isn't able to support early check-in / storage of bags. If travelling with luggage again, this would prevent me from booking as I needed more flexibility.

Pros:

Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed like a washing machine and a dryer.

Cons:

We have stayed at the Rambla three times and every time there is a big hassle to get into the building. I have booked 15 different motels in the last three weeks and the check in process in each of them was very easy unlike at the Rambla.

Modern, clean apartment in great location.
Pros:

Great location amongst various bars, cafes and restaurant. Train and tram virtually at your door.
Modern, Clean and spacious apartment.

Cons:

The bed was very hard. The bedroom was very noisy from the restaurant below. Not only voices and music but also what sounded like the kitchen exhaust fan which ran until 11:30pm. After that very quiet. But not great for early nights rest.
Digital key didn’t work on the apartment door only the PIN code.

Pros:

The property was affordable, and the location suited us well. The staff responded in a timely manner with any questions we had.

Cons:

The car park was enclosed which was great but it was rather tight, I know this can’t be helped but just to keep in mind if you drive a bigger car. The only other thing we didn’t like was the mattress on the bed, it was so hard and made it uncomfortable to sleep.

A great place to stay in Brunswick!
Pros:

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Entry was easy with detailed instructions. You don't have to worry about losing the key!
I really like the building and the area is really convenient.
There is great soundproofing once you close the doors. You can hear music from downstairs, but they seemed to always finish around 10.
I will definitely stay again!

Cons:

I would've liked a little coffee machine.

Clean, spacious apartment in cool area of Melbourne
Pros:

Location in cool Brunswick, cleanliness, spacious balcony and everything you need. Comfy bed and helpful staff

Cons:

The automatic ID. checking and other requirements which despite having paid in full did not go smoothly and resulted in much stress for me as I was worried at one point I wouldn't have somewhere to stay upon arrival. This is not the staff's fault but rather is pre-checks system which needs amending. I marked the review down a point due to the stress called. The staff did do everything to resolve this however and it was all ok in the end
