Pros:

The property was affordable, and the location suited us well. The staff responded in a timely manner with any questions we had.

Cons:

The car park was enclosed which was great but it was rather tight, I know this can’t be helped but just to keep in mind if you drive a bigger car. The only other thing we didn’t like was the mattress on the bed, it was so hard and made it uncomfortable to sleep.

A great place to stay in Brunswick!
Pros:

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Entry was easy with detailed instructions. You don't have to worry about losing the key!
I really like the building and the area is really convenient.
There is great soundproofing once you close the doors. You can hear music from downstairs, but they seemed to always finish around 10.
I will definitely stay again!

Cons:

I would've liked a little coffee machine.

Clean, spacious apartment in cool area of Melbourne
Pros:

Location in cool Brunswick, cleanliness, spacious balcony and everything you need. Comfy bed and helpful staff

Cons:

The automatic ID. checking and other requirements which despite having paid in full did not go smoothly and resulted in much stress for me as I was worried at one point I wouldn't have somewhere to stay upon arrival. This is not the staff's fault but rather is pre-checks system which needs amending. I marked the review down a point due to the stress called. The staff did do everything to resolve this however and it was all ok in the end

Great location, close to the ♡ of Brunswick. Plenty of space for mutliple guests.
Pros:

Great location, helpful staff, lovely spacious two bed unit with good amenities.

Cons:

Beds were not comfortable at all. It was the only disappointing part.

Good location, good room with modern facilities
Pros:

Good location, good room, good access to Sydney Road

Cons:

Most things were good. Key access didn't always work. Also while the request to take rubbish downstairs was OK, the rubbish bins were tucked away in the car park and weren't convenient to find or get to. Most hotels take the rubbish from the room.

Exceptionally clean, immaculate apartment with easy instructions to enter.
Pros:

Our apartment was very clean, spacious with all the utensils needed in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. Location was perfect for us as the property is close to family.

Cons:

I wasn’t sure when the cleaners were coming but that could have been me not checking properly. The tv had very limited channels but you could connect it to your Netflix account etc but u don’t like doing that as I’ve had issues before elsewhere where it caused an issue for me.
Also I prefer air con in the bedrooms rather than ceiling fans, especially when it’s over 40!
