Pros:

This so-called “property” ([Property Name, or insert placeholder if unknown]) is a vile, predatory cesspool that should be shut down immediately for scamming travelers! As an overseas visitor, I’m beyond enraged at how this place exploits people, especially families, with its disgusting conditions and blatant lies. Booked through Booking.com, I was promised a pool, TV, bathtub, robes, slippers, an extra bed, a separate bedroom, and a desk—every single one a shameless fabrication! Instead, I was trapped in a cramped, grimy bedsit with no separate bedroom, just a corner of the room offering zero privacy or comfort. A desk? Not even a trace. This isn’t a hotel; it’s a fraud!
The mattress was an absolute abomination—stained, littered with pubic hair, and lacking even a basic mattress topper. It’s a health hazard unfit for a dog, let alone humans! Imagine booking this dump for your family, hoping for a pool to cool your kids in Vietnam’s suffocating heat, only to be stuck in this revolting, misrepresented hovel. The management’s silence is the cherry on this garbage pile—they’ve ignored every message I’ve sent, proving they’re spineless crooks who don’t care about guests.
To make this scam even more infuriating, payment wasn’t processed through Booking.com as expected. Instead, they forced me to pay in the lobby with a shady portable EFTPOS machine—a clear tactic to dodge refund requests through Booking.com’s system. It’s a calculated move to screw over travelers, and it worked! I’m livid realizing this was likely part of their con to trap guests with no recourse. And I’m not alone—countless online reviews echo the same horror stories of filth, lies, and deceit. How is this scam still allowed to operate?! Booking.com should be ashamed for letting this predatory property prey on trusting travelers. This place is a disgusting blight on Vietnam’s hospitality, ruining vacations and endangering families. Avoid it like the plague unless you want to be robbed blind and left in a filthy dump! Shut this criminal operation down NOW!

Bad customer service ever, no communication at all
Pros:

All attention, please never booked this apartment or the host. When booking, they told you no credit card guaranteed, no cancellation time, it is a trap as on the date you are supposed to check in, they will never get back to you with details of the address or instructions. They are dodgy as they post their apartments everywhere to make the most of the money, using this method of pushing price up and choose customer with the best pay. I have no idea why Agoda, Bookings.com allow them as qualified suppliers. Such a bad experience with oversea travelers in Vietnam.

This method is like 1 time, never came back

High End Luxury Saigon Stay with Fabulous Views.
Pros:

This is a series of luxury condos build along the Saigon river just at the foot of the Ba Son Bridge in Thu Thiem when you cross over from District 1. My review is about The Metropole Thu Thiem - Block Opera, the most recent addition where we have been staying for 7 nights.

This is a two bedroom high floor (20th) corner apartment with suburb views of Saigon. I chose this for a friend and I to share so we could have the fabulous view of the September 2 National Day fireworks as well as for its general super convenient location. Literally within 10 minutes by Grab hire car/or taxi, you can reach most places you need to go to. You can even walk across the bridge to District 1.

The apartment is super comfortable, and everything is brand new. Along with two bedrooms there are two full bathrooms making it ideal to share. The views from every room is fantastic and the balcony view is superb. On level 5 there is a huge resort style infinity pool overlooking the river and Saigon city, as well as fully equipped gym.

This has been one of my favourite stays in Saigon.

Pros:

Loved the accessibility to the food scene in district 1. The house was clean and offered great views of the river. Clean and comfortable - the laundry inside the unit was a huge plus.

Only downside was that the kitchen was not very well stocked with cookware/knives etc.

Pros:

The 3D render pictures do not reflect the rooms. Bathroom was unhygienic, no toilet paper, no washing powder, only 1 mug. The area is baron, no shops or people as depicted in the pictures. Overpriced for what you get. There are much better properties at cheaper prices. Difficult to find as there was no reception desk, no instructions. Only the pool was nice.

Never ever stay there again.
Don’t know why Expedia listed 5 star hotel, it’s just a apartment complex.
