Très confortable
Pros:

Matelas pas trop dur, pour une fois !! Salle de bain très confortable avec vraie cabine de douche. Bonne pression, eau chaude. Lumière tamisée au niveau du lit, grande tv avec grand choix de films. Frigo et bouilloire.

Cons:

L'aération de l'immeuble est un peu bruyante (petite bouche d'aération au plafond, à gauche de la porte). Il est possible de l'arrêter et de ne mettre que la climatisation mais dans ce cas, quand on est sensible à la clim (air trop sec qui fait mal à la gorgée) ça peut être problématique. Il n'y a pas de ventilateur à dispo donc c'est climatisation ou rien. C'est à 25 minutes à pied du cœur du vieux quartier.

Super appartement!
Pros:

Tout est parfait super appartement, propre , bien équipé, plaque cuisson, micro onde pour réchauffer des plats, tv qui fonctionne wifi, arrivée top via watsapps, possibilité de garer scooter en parking sous terrain , arrivée autonome mais personnel présent certains jours dans le hall pour le paiement a privilégier en cash … ou si on a un soucis ! Possibilité de demander a faire une machine en supplément…Parfait , juste un peu de bruit avec l ascenseur et le personnel du nettoyage entre minuit et 1h 30 du matin certains soir et au 6eme étage! Proche de magasins vers la rue train ( plusieurs suivant quartier)et le cirque et a 20mn a pied a l entree du vieux quartier ou 5 mn en taxi grab pour 32000vnd. Je recommande surtout long sejour!

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement et nous le recommandons !
Pros:

L’appartement est spacieux ce qui est pratique pour les valises. Il y a de nombreux rangements. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable : nous avons bien dormi, d’autant que c’est calme. Il y a un ascenseur qui desserre les étages.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé quelques poils / cheveux sur les murs de la salle de bain.

Spacious apartment with everything you need.
Comfortable bed and most importantly, very quiet at night… we slept well. About a 30 minute walk to the main tourist part of town

Best sleep in noisy Hanoi!
Pros:

Good location, quiet place, clean and comfy room. There is everything you might need. The host is in contact, very welcoming and helpful any time! Enjoyed the stay and will come back!❤️

Pros:

Logement idéal pour un séjour à Hanoï
Bien placé.
Calme ...un grand plus pour cette ville.
Bien équipé et propre.
Lit très confortable.

Cons:

Paiement uniquement par cash possible car en CB les frais appliqués sont anormalement élevés (8% contre 3 à 4% habituellement au Vietnam)

Pros:

A spacious apartment with good facilities kept immaculately clean. The communication with the owner was great. The location was the best part - close enough for a short walk into the centre yet far enough out to be in a quiet spot.

I was very pleased with how this stay turned out, I would love to stay here again when I am in Hanoi:)
Pros:

Location is central and charming, staff friendliness and attentiveness (very good communication, I have booked it last minute, 3 hours before arrival, and they were completely prepared, and responded to everything immediately), The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in during my 23 day trip in Vietnam (I have been to 6 separate locations).
