Чисто, рядом вкусный фо бо и другие кафе, хороший район не далеко от достопримечательностей, в 100 раз лучше, чем в старом квартале.

A spacious apartment with good facilities kept immaculately clean. The communication with the owner was great. The location was the best part - close enough for a short walk into the centre yet far enough out to be in a quiet spot.

Location is central and charming, staff friendliness and attentiveness (very good communication, I have booked it last minute, 3 hours before arrival, and they were completely prepared, and responded to everything immediately), The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in during my 23 day trip in Vietnam (I have been to 6 separate locations).

Cô giúp việc rất thân thiện, hàng ngày đi làm từ Đông Anh nhưng không hề tỏ ra mệt mỏi. Nhân viên nhiệt tình dù không có mặt trực tiếp. Tôi gặp 2 sự cố: chập điện phòng do phích cắm laptop dở chứng và đi về muộn nhưng không mang điện thoại, cửa cuốn đã đóng. Các sự cố đều được tiếp nhận và giải quyết nhanh chóng khi được liên hệ. Nhưng nếu Holo để số hotline cạnh khu vực chìa khóa cửa cuốn bên ngoài tôi nghĩ sẽ giúp ích nhiều khi chúng tôi quên điện thoại, phải nhờ người qua đường tìm hộ.
