staff was friendly. daily housekeeping, but not up to my cleanliness standard. dust under every table and bed. sheets and blankets often had stains

Breakfast was included. Quiet location. Reasonably close to variety of food options. Good communication. Likely to use again when needed.

Quick checkin/out

Firstly, they gave us a room with bad smell, dirty floor and lots of mosquitoes (maybe because of bad smell, they opened windows, so mosquitoes flied inside room). I ask them if they have mosquitoes killing racquet. Then they say they will solve problem their way. They sprayed mosquitoes chemical inside room and i tried to stop them but I failed. How can I sleep inside a room which has just sprayed chemical?

Then my husband got angry on me. Then he went to ask receptionist for another bigger room and ok if they charge extra money.

This they gave room i though whatever it's ok, because i feel so sleepy. Stepping inside bathroom, i saw toilet paper was torn and spread around, still I accepted and tidied them up.

After tidying toilet, I found out I couldn't close the main door because the wooden door was a little bigger than the frame. I worried if I force closed the door then maybe i will be stuck.

One more time, i went down to complain with my husband and they him that better we move to another hotel or better I sleep inside car.

The receptionist heard of what i told my husband then the receptionist shouted at me that he could close the door, then he ran there, force close the door with banging noise just to prove that the door was fine. So it means if i agree to sleep in that room, whenever i get in and out that room, every body will wake up because of banging noise?

My husband got angry on me more. I wanted to move and he still wanted to stay there. He said if I didn't stay there then i had to find way home myself. Anyway this is not my husband fault.

After all, the change another room, still a dirty one, unclosed used opened shampoo and bathgel small bottles throwed here and there. This room located right upper the door-problem room. And midnight i woke up because of the big noise of downstairs door force close banging.

We attended a family function and stayed at this hotel for 2 days. We travelled by taxis and unfortunately many taxi drivers can not find the hotel by its address stated online. They had to ring the hotel to get directions.

Staff needs customer service training.

The room was dirty, the fridge was not restocked and dirty. The bath towels were very cheap and old type. No glass, no cups... When I complained they came and remade the bed and the fridge.

On the first night we asked for some hot water and a cup but we did got get them. Next day I ask why the receptionist said they delivered them to a wrong room. She then handed me a dirty kettle and a dirty glass.

The on-site restaurant has been closed a long time ago. There are few restaurants and cafes nearby.

I think with good staff and management this can be a good hotel. We would prefer to stay elsewhere in the future.
