The staff really made my stay enjoyable. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, no matter how small the request. The location in Hanoi’s Old Quarter was another big plus, with most places I wanted to visit within walking distance. For anything further away, the staff were happy to help arrange a Grab ride.
Having been to Hanoi a few years ago, I noticed a real difference on this visit, especially when it came to the level of service. The staff seemed genuinely interested in making sure guests were comfortable and dealt with requests without any fuss. I asked for two extra pillows, one of them a low pillow, and they brought them over promptly. Breakfast was another highlight for me as a European, with a good range of choices each morning. The room itself was lovely, with a clean, modern design that made it easy to feel at home.
We really liked the location because it was close to many of the main attractions and made exploring the city easy. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to help when needed. Our room had a lovely city view, which added something special to the stay. Everything was convenient and comfortable, and we had a great experience overall.
The hotel is perfectly located in Hanoi old quarter. We stayed in the sunset terrace suite for our honeymoon. The room was incredible with a huge terrace. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated the little attentions they had for us. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice. The Spa is so good, we highly recommend the hot stone massage, very relaxing.

Since we arrived early in the morning, the arranged airport transfer was a big help and saved us from worrying about transport after the flight. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always happy to answer our questions. They helped with our luggage and suggested some interesting places to explore and shops to visit. Their kindness made us feel well looked after throughout the trip.
Eveything was clean and comfortable, and the location made exploring the area easy. The staff were particularly attentive without making the service feel too formal. Someone was always there to help with the door or our luggage, and the breakfast team were just as friendly. We appreciated the small gestures and the welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.
We really liked the location, as Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter were only a short walk away. The surrounding streets had lots of cafes, restaurants, and places to stop for a meal or a drink. It was convenient for exploring Hanoi at our own pace, especially in the evenings. The staff were lovely throughout our stay, greeting us warmly and helping whenever we needed anything.
We received such a warm welcome from the whole team. Everyone was cheerful and helpful, and they checked on us regularly throughout our stay. From arranging our airport pickup to organising trips to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, and Sapa, they took care of so many details for us. It made the trip feel much less stressful. My only suggestion would be to offer a wider selection of vegetarian food at breakfast.
The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and we realy enjoyed the breakfast. Everything went smoothly during our visit.
The location worked really well for our trip, right in the middle of the Old Quarter and close to many places we wanted to see. We could easily walk to Train Street and Hoan Kiem Lake without having to arrange transport. Jasmine was lovely and helped us organise a Ha Long Bay tour as well as our airport transfer, which saved us a lot of time. Our room was bright, clean, and matched the photos online.
The roms had everything needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. The included breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide selection of options as well as items made to order and the rooftop was a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle below. What truly sets this hotel apart though, is the staff. From the moment we were welcomed with a refreshing drink on arrival to the warm farewell as we departed, I’ve never met a more friendly and helpful team. Every single person we encountered was genuinely amazing. I have to give a special mention to Ms Jasmine, the Front Office Manager. He offered advice and assistance not only during our stay in Hanoi but also throughout our travels in Vietnam.
Staff, food, location. We were given excellent advice on places to visit and restaurants to try. The breakfast was outstanding. We stayed for 2 days when we arrived in Vietnam and also returned to the hotel before flying back to my home. We could have stayed somewhere else but as the experience was so positive, we did nt think twice. Highly recommended.
Perfect location, could walk to all the things I wanted to see and experience with ease. Staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast always had a great selection, and they have a separate menu for vegan/vegetarian options. Ha Long bay tour that I book with their staff amazing.
You would smile all day long if you talked to the staff here; they are cheerful, friendly, and remind me of my own children. My mother is elderly, and they are always ready to bring out a wheelchair for her whenever we go out. My family is very grateful to all team.
I had arranged a Ha Long Bay tour with them before arriving, and once here, I also discovered the Incense Village tour—everything was absolutely wonderful. My room was spacious enough for the family and featured city views, yet it was very quiet.
