Todo bien.
Estaba muy bien ubicado y nos dejó hacer un check out bastante más tarde por un extra. El personal amable. Nos cambiaron las toallas el último día y creo que fue por el extra que pagamos

The location is excellent. Most that we did was at walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and staff is good. A little less was the choice in breakfast options

The cleanliness of the family suite room was very bad. There was dust everywhere. The housekeeper comes to clean eveyday but dont know what they clean. Even complained it to the staff. Food is also served limited. The staff’s behaviour and the location is good. Its just at the middle of old quarter town. Train street, xuan dong market, hang dao night market and hoan keim lake are nearby at a walking distance.

Only the location was in the heart of the market place.
1. Room and bathroom size were small
2. Spiders and Mosquitoes were in the room
3. Vegetarian food options were not available in the breakfast
4. Staff were not polite, both at the reception and the breakfast hall. Seems they were also short staffed as the receptionist was only handling the buffet in the morning.
