Parfair pour l'emplacement....seulement...et dormir.
Le gérant nous a forcé a payer une seconde fois la reservation soit disant qu il n avait pas eu le paiement de ebooking malgré qu on lui ait montré la validation du paiement. Pris par le temps par une excursion et malgre negociation en vain, nous avons du payer... a fuir
We stayed here very last minute (literally booked just a couple of minutes before checking in) after another booking didn’t work out, so we really appreciated how accommodating and welcoming the staff were on such short notice. Everyone we interacted with was kind, friendly, and helpful, which made a great first impression.
The location is definitely a strong point, it’s very central and convenient, close to everything you’d want to explore. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the pho ga, and the view from the 7th floor added a nice touch to the mornings.
The room itself was clean and fairly average in size not particularly spacious, but not too small either. We did end up with a room without a window, which was our own oversight as we booked in a rush, so something to double-check when booking. The bathroom, however, could use some improvement as the walls didn’t feel as clean as they should be.
Overall, it’s a decent stay with great staff and a perfect location, but with some areas that could be improved.

Nejhorší poměr cena/kvalita za 2 týdny ve Vietnamu. Velmi staré vybavení. Mohlo by být uklizeno lépe.

La salle de bain n’était pas propre, avec des cheveux dans la douche et sur les murs de l’appartement.
Il n’y avait pas de fenêtre dans notre chambre ce qui était oppressant.
Pour 60€ la nuit, nous avons trouvé cela très cher en rapport aux prix exercé dans les autres hôtel.
Absolute everything
L'emplacement est bien. Le personnel est aux petits soins. La chambre était agréable mais la fenêtre donnait sur une cour. De fait, c'était très calme.
Very nice beds, strong wifi connection
Breakfast was minimal
The hotel is in a very central location, with plenty of great food options nearby. The shower was clean and worked very well. We stayed in the lobby while waiting for our afternoon flight, and my mom was very tired and fell asleep on the sofa. The staff noticed this and kindly offered her a room to rest for an hour since they had one available. The staff were very nice, thoughtful, and attentive. 😊
