Pros:

Chambre propre, literie confortable ++ avec lit King size.
Chau a été adorable et vraiment au petit soins avec nous. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages et même prendre une douche le dernier jour avant de repartir en soirée.
Le petit déjeuner est bon et fait très bien l’affaire (quoi qu’un peu répétitif)
Très bien situé, à 10 min à pied du centre ville.

Beautiful room view and pleasant stayed
Pros:

The property was very serene with nature, the view was nice, unfortunately our room was close to the owner residence having new pups (lots of noise at night), wifi was very slow ( couldn’t watch TV), walking distance to restaurants and the night market…
Overall, pleasant stay…

Good stay
Pros:

We spent two nights here and liked our room. We have requested a higher level room and the hotel took good care of that. Also, the laundry service was excellent and the hotel personal was very caring about our needs and requests, our late check in was no problem.
The bath tub would have been a great opportunity, but unfortunately there was not enough warm water to fill it up to half in a reasonable time.

Cons:

We read about the great breakfast, however we had unfortunately not so good experience with that, as we encountered some signs that the ingredients might had been there for several days (bread, juice etc.).

Pros:

We had an exceptional experience. The bed was a huge and really comfortable, high-quality sheets. The breakfast was great. The staff were super nice. The location is also really nice and quiet in the rooms. It was very clean. We took the one bedroom apartment and I totally recommend!! Stayed three nights, had a really nice stay!!

We had such a wonderful stay here. The bed was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with soft, high-quality linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

The location is great, and the rooms are peaceful and quiet, which made it even more relaxing. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment and would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering it.

We stayed for three nights and truly enjoyed every moment!

Soggiorno con vista
Pros:

La camera è spettacolare: molto spaziosa e con un letto grandissimo e comodissimo dotato di materasso riscaldato (molto apprezzato viste le temperature)! Bellissima la vasca con vista sulla città (nebbia permettendo). La struttura è a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Sapa. Ottima la colazione con ampia scelta di prodotti locali e non, sia dolci che salati. Staff della struttura molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La stanza era un pochino fredda, ma purtroppo abbiamo trovato delle giornate con temperature molto basse.

Muy buen hotel. Recomendable 100%. Hermosas habitaciones y muy buen trato del personal. Volveria.

Cons:

El lugar de la admistracion es al aire libre y no hay donde dejar las valijas si uno llega antes del check in o sale luego del check out. Deberian mejorar ese tema, en especial los dias que llueve o hace frio.

La chambre est superbe avec une belle vue. L hotel est très soigné et très propre. Petit plus quand il fait froid le matelas se réchauffe. Un atout dans une région de montagne.Merci également pour le surclassement de la chambre sans frais.

Nous avons eu une très belle chambre avec une superbe vue. L’hôte est très réactif et à l’écoute.
Les chambres sont bien équipées : canapé, cuisine aménagée et grand réfrigérateur.
Le lit est chauffant et se règle avec une télécommande, ce qui est très appréciable en montagne.

Nous avons également bénéficié d’un surclassement ainsi que d’un check-in plus tôt que prévu.

Je recommande ! 😊
