Un excellent séjour malgré la météo à Sapa
Pros:

Un établissement que nous recommandons à 100%. Le cadre est beau et bien entretenu, les vues des chambres sont superbes et la proximité avec le centre de Sapa est appréciable. Il y a seulement 10 chambres et tout était calme. Chau, le réceptionniste, était adorable et prêt à nous aider pour nos déplacements, notre lessive, réserver un scooter... Il faisait froid et brumeux lors de notre venue en février mais avec la climatisation réversible et le matelas chauffant, nous nous sommes sentis bien. L'appartement était propre, très spacieux et fonctionnel, le lit était confortable et la douche chaude + avec de la pression. On s'y sent bien. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, avec du choix et tenu deux personnes adorables également.
La petite salle avec les équipements sportifs est un petit plus. Si nous revenons à Sapa, c'est ici que nous réserverons ✅

Cons:

Une petite paroie pour séparer les toilettes de la douche serait parfaite pour ne pas mouiller le sol, mais c'est souvent conçu de cette façon au Vietnam 😊

Excellent hotel, a little cold in January
Pros:

Excellent food, amazing architecture and design; beautiful and comfortable rooms; very good service. Location is good. We walked 15 minutes to the church. We took a taxi to the market place

Cons:

-It was cold when we stayed there in January and the mini-split heating unit was not effective. The staff made an effort to heat the room for us in advance when we went out and came back.
- The hot water is only enough for a short shower, one person at the time, then wait for 10 minutes. Not enough hot water to fill the beautiful bath that was placed next to the large window view.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Charme.
Pros:

Sehr geschäftstüchtiger Betreiber 😉. Aber er ist auch genauso hilfsbereit, freundlich und um das Wohl der Gäste stets bemüht. Das Haus ist gepflegt und hübsch. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet . Balkon und Terasse incl. Leider war das Wetter nicht so, dass wir es hätten nutzen können. Aber sollten wir noch mal nach Sa Pa kommen, ist die Green Villa unsere erste Wahl!

Cons:

Das Bad hat keinen Dunstabzug . Daher zieht die Feuchtigkeit in den Wohn/Schlafraum und die Handtücher trocknen nicht. Alle Fenster beschlagen. Nun gut - wir waren im Februar dort. Vielleicht ist es im Sommer besser ?!?!

Pros:

We stayed here two times in total during our trip to sapa, and we could not be more satisfied with the accommodation. Because we were so impressed the first time, we decided to book another night there a few days later. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room since that one was still available when we checked in. Everything was clean, new, and well maintained. The bed was amazing, big and soft with an electric heating pad on the mattress. There was also breakfast included with a variety of options, both vietnamese and western cuisine. Moreover, the host named Chau was incredibly helpful. He helped us with last minute laundry, booked a taxi for us to Hanoi and was very lenient with check in time when we stayed there the second time, since we just came back from a 2 day hike in the mountains and were in desperate need of a shower. We highly recommend this place!

السعر مناسب، الفندق نظيف، الغرف واسعة، والمكان هادئ نسبيًا. موقعه قريب من البحيرة، حوالي 12 دقيقة مشيًا، ويُعد خيارًا جيدًا للإقامة في سابا

يفتقر الفندق للخصوصية، خاصة للعوائل السعودية، لوجود شبابيك في أغلب الأماكن، مما يتطلب إغلاق الستائر بشكل دائم. كذلك باب الغرفة غير محكم الإغلاق بشكل مثالي

Chill vibe, ( besides the barking dog)
Pros:

Nice room with a view overlooking the city and mountains. Very cool gardening. Nice breakfast and a Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Nonstop barking dog at all times of the day and night. It sounded distressed. I felt bad for it.

Pros:

Hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Der Rezeptionist Chau war sehr zuvorkommend und hat unterstützt wo er konnte. Auch das übrige Personal war super freundlich. Die Anlage ist niedlich gemacht mit all den Pflanzen und Verwinkelungen.
Der Ausblick aus der Badewanne war das beste am Hotel :)

Gute Unterkunft und top Service!
Pros:

Der Service war super! Der Mann an der Rezeption war super zuvorkommend. Wir konnten Geld bei ihr wechseln und er hat uns ein kostenloses Upgrade ermöglicht, sodass wir statt einem Doppelzimmer ein Apartment bekommen haben. Die Aussicht im Zimmer war super! Die Badewanne auch! Und es war alles sauber! Das Frühstück war nicht das beste aber okay. Es hat ein frisch gemachtes Omelette und Toastbrot.

Cons:

Negativ im Apartment war der offene Kamin, welcher stark nach Rauch roch da die Gäste unter uns den Kamin benutzt hatten.
Außerdem war der Wasserkocher nicht nutzbar aufgrund des angebrannten Boden.

A hilltop retreat to relax
Pros:

The room was lovely and relaxing and the view was so good to wake up to each day. Chau was incredibly helpful and obliging with great knowledge of the area and activities available for tourists.
