Pros:

La chambre est superbe avec une belle vue. L hotel est très soigné et très propre. Petit plus quand il fait froid le matelas se réchauffe. Un atout dans une région de montagne.Merci également pour le surclassement de la chambre sans frais.

Pros:

Nous avons eu une très belle chambre avec une superbe vue. L’hôte est très réactif et à l’écoute.
Les chambres sont bien équipées : canapé, cuisine aménagée et grand réfrigérateur.
Le lit est chauffant et se règle avec une télécommande, ce qui est très appréciable en montagne.

Nous avons également bénéficié d’un surclassement ainsi que d’un check-in plus tôt que prévu.

Je recommande ! 😊

A relaxing mountain retreat
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous room with everything you need for a relaxing stay in sapa. 10 minutes walk into town and opposite the sleeper bus station. the room was big and clean with a gorgeous bathtub. Beautiful breakfast buffet also included! Chau was so helpful and friendly he did everything to make the stay as comfortable and easy as possible! 10/10.

An amazing stay
Pros:

Amazing view through the window, bathtub in the room. The surroundings are beautiful. Fully equipped gym. Nice, helpful staff. Close to HK bus and walking distance to the centre

Pros:

La chambre et le lit étaient confortables.

Cons:

Il est indiqué qu'il y a 2 piscines, or il n'y en a qu'une. Cette dernière était d'ailleurs fermée et la baignoire est inutilisable avec le système d'eau chaude qui ne la remplit pas. D'ailleurs le peu d'eau chaude ne permet pas de prendre 2 douches chaudes de plus de 5 minutes. Pour le prix cela n'est pas le confort attendu. De plus, la géolocalisation n'est pas idéale.

Beautiful room with bathtub and view perfect place to stay in Sa Pa !
Pros:

The view and the bath tub was incredible- so was the property itself really pretty architecture and private entrances to the rooms/apartments

Chau was super helpful - he upgraded us as it was our anniversary so that made it really special

Some days we stayed in and enjoyed the room, bath and view because it was so lovely waking up to the views which where diffrent everyday depending on the clouds

Ten min walk to the center but plenty of restaurants ect nearby

Pros:

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir konnten morgens um 06.00 Uhr gegen Aufpreis einchecken. Herr Chang hat sich sehr um uns bemüht ob es ein Ausflug war oder die Buchung des Busses nach Halong, er war immer bemüht es allen Gästen angenehm zu machen.

Un excellent séjour malgré la météo à Sapa
Pros:

Un établissement que nous recommandons à 100%. Le cadre est beau et bien entretenu, les vues des chambres sont superbes et la proximité avec le centre de Sapa est appréciable. Il y a seulement 10 chambres et tout était calme. Chau, le réceptionniste, était adorable et prêt à nous aider pour nos déplacements, notre lessive, réserver un scooter... Il faisait froid et brumeux lors de notre venue en février mais avec la climatisation réversible et le matelas chauffant, nous nous sommes sentis bien. L'appartement était propre, très spacieux et fonctionnel, le lit était confortable et la douche chaude + avec de la pression. On s'y sent bien. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, avec du choix et tenu deux personnes adorables également.
La petite salle avec les équipements sportifs est un petit plus. Si nous revenons à Sapa, c'est ici que nous réserverons ✅

Cons:

Une petite paroie pour séparer les toilettes de la douche serait parfaite pour ne pas mouiller le sol, mais c'est souvent conçu de cette façon au Vietnam 😊

Excellent hotel, a little cold in January
Pros:

Excellent food, amazing architecture and design; beautiful and comfortable rooms; very good service. Location is good. We walked 15 minutes to the church. We took a taxi to the market place

Cons:

-It was cold when we stayed there in January and the mini-split heating unit was not effective. The staff made an effort to heat the room for us in advance when we went out and came back.
- The hot water is only enough for a short shower, one person at the time, then wait for 10 minutes. Not enough hot water to fill the beautiful bath that was placed next to the large window view.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Charme.
Pros:

Sehr geschäftstüchtiger Betreiber 😉. Aber er ist auch genauso hilfsbereit, freundlich und um das Wohl der Gäste stets bemüht. Das Haus ist gepflegt und hübsch. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet . Balkon und Terasse incl. Leider war das Wetter nicht so, dass wir es hätten nutzen können. Aber sollten wir noch mal nach Sa Pa kommen, ist die Green Villa unsere erste Wahl!

Cons:

Das Bad hat keinen Dunstabzug . Daher zieht die Feuchtigkeit in den Wohn/Schlafraum und die Handtücher trocknen nicht. Alle Fenster beschlagen. Nun gut - wir waren im Februar dort. Vielleicht ist es im Sommer besser ?!?!
