كانت تجربة جميلة من ناحية النظافة والطبيعة وتعاون الموظفين لكنها غير مناسبة من ناحية تصميم الفيلا والراحة والخصوصية بين

إقامة جميلة ونظيفة ولكنها غير مناسبة لمن يبحث عن الراحة وأجواء المنزل

Cons:

الفيلا مكتومة نوعًا ما والإضاءة داخلها خافتة مما يجعل المكان غير مريح خصوصًا عند قضاء وقت طويل فيه.

الحمام صغير جدًا والحركة داخله صعبة وغير مريحة.

ومن أهم السلبيات بالنسبة لي أن المطبخ ملاصق تمامًا لمنطقة النوم ولا يوجد أي عازل بين المطبخ والسرير. لذلك عند طبخ أي وجبة تنتشر رائحة الطبخ في كامل الفيلا وتبقى الرائحة في منطقة النوم مما يجعل النوم غير مريح ومزعجًا.

وهذه نقطة مهمة جدًا لمن يحجز المكان على أساس وجود مطبخ ويرغب في الطبخ والعيش في أجواء تشبه المنزل.

لذلك رغم أن المكان نظيف وأجواؤه الطبيعية جميلة جدًا والموظفين متعاونون بشكل ممتاز إلا أنني لا أنصح بهذه الفيلا لمن يريد استخدام المطبخ أو الطبخ بشكل مستمر أو لمن يبحث عن تجربة إقامة تشبه المنزل من حيث الراحة والمساحة

일단 숙소가 사진과 똑같아요 굉장히 깨끗했고 조식또한 깔끔하고 자연친화적인 숙소여서 마음에 쏙들었어요 높은곳에있어서 뷰도 좋았어요 NH슬리핑 버스 정류장바로앞이어서 돌아갈때가편했어요 여행자거리와는 조금 거리가있었지만 그랩타고 다니니 상관없었어요 큰길에 바로있어서 찾기도 쉬웠어요
야간열차타고 가서 피곤했는데 사장님 거실을 내어주시고 따뜻한 차까지 주셔서 감동이었어요

방을 두개 인곳을 예약했는데 창문없는 룸이 습하고 냄새가 좀 나서 그게 종 아쉬웠어요

Estupendo!
Pros:

El hotel es muy agradable y especial, una casa enorme con jardín. La suite que tuvimos era de dos habitaciones amplias y cómodas, decoradas con gusto y con vistas al jardín. Está algo apartado del centro pero a nosotros nos pareció una ventaja pues la ciudad es ruidosa y tiene mucho ajetreo y sin embargo solo se tardan unos 15 minutos en bajar. El desayuno es correcto y el chico de recepción encantador. Estuvimos muy a gusto y nos parece en general muy buen alojamiento!

Cons:

Había mucha humendad en una de las habitaciones, se notaba incluso en las sábanas. Salvo eso, nada que señalar, nos gustó mucho el alojamiento.

Ruime kamers en leuke opzet van het hotel met allemaal leuke trapjes.

Cons:

Zwembad is heel klein. Ongeveer 3 bij 2,5 meter. Heel koud. Vind ik wel lekker maar ik kan me voorstellen dat niet iedereen dit vindt. Tevens kleine hondjes 24/7 in een klein hokje wat behoorlijk stinkt maar vooral ook zielig is. Begon was de kamer erg vochtig. Is gelukkig opgelost met juiste ontvochtiger

Prima verblijf in SaPa centrum
Pros:

Het uitzicht en het bad. Behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het was allemaal niet in perfecte staat. Loshangende gordijnrails en veel vochtplekken. De bedden waren vrij hard en het ontbijt was prima, maar een beetje karig.

Pros:

Done the job for a few nights. Bathroom was one of the nicest I’ve seen in SEA. As I ended up in hospital the gentlemen at reception I didn’t catch his name was very helpful to my partner in a time of stress which was appreciated. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

to the room is a bit of a mission lol, pictures are a bit deceiving of the room but still very comfy and clean. A good 20/25 min steep walk back from town so be wary.

Un séjour mémorable grâce à un hôte attentionné
Pros:

Je recommande fortement le Green Villa Sapa pour tous les voyageurs. Surtout ceux qui préfèrent les endroits calmes et un peu plus éloignés des coins bruyants. Les couples, les backpackers et les familles pourront trouver leur compte. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'être servis par Chau tout le long de notre séjour. Il a été extrêmement aidant pour nous aider à trouver les bons commerces, organiser le service de buanderie et a même fait une course pour nous lors d'une petite urgence. Merci à Chau d'avoir rendu notre sejour mémorable.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Could not fault them.
Pros:

The property had a great view of the mountains. It was a descent walk down hill to the Main Street. Grab was only $2.20 aus each way. My older parents struggled with the stairs.

Cons:

Do not book the two-bedroom villa! The room was moldy and smelled bad, and the air conditioner was dirty. The AC drainage pipe was leaking into the bathroom.
The biggest problem, however, was that the light switch in the entrance area became extremely hot, and water was dripping from it. When we leaned closer, we could actually hear electrical sparking inside the wall. In our opinion, this is a serious fire hazard. When we reported it to the hotel manager, he told us they were already aware of the issue and believed it was safe. Since the room windows could not be opened either, we considered the situation very dangerous.
We requested another room in a different building, which was in better condition, but even there we were woken up at dawn by incredibly loud noises in the pipes whenever guests in the room above took a shower or flushed the toilet.
Next to the two-bedroom villa, the owner lived on the property. In front of the room entrance there were motorbikes, junk, and trash scattered around. Several puppies were kept in cages and were crying and barking almost all day. There was also a strong unpleasant animal smell outside the room.
The breakfast was unacceptable: dry toast, a few dry pastries, and pancakes. The breakfast area looked like the worst kind of hostel, with crumbling walls and terrible conditions. It bears absolutely no resemblance to the photos shown online.

Klidné místo pro pobyt v horách
Pros:

Ubytování na klidném místě, dostupné z centra pěšky za pár minut, v okolí spousty výletů pěšky nebo taxíkem. Snídaně dobré. Tom na recepci vždy nápomocen. Jsme rádi, že jsme bydleli zde a ne v centru.

It is a terrible studio homestay Not a hotel!

IT IS A FAKE HOTEL IT IS ACTUALLY A HOMESTAY!!!

Not clean many insects stuff is thrown away everywhere, no available reception he asks you to message him because it is actually a homestay not a hotel it's a scam! He charged me with 3% extra fee even though Booking says the charge included everything.
Noise from street and neighbors
Dirty kitchen tools no microwave. Few kitchen tools and he's not helpful if you ask for some more like a small teapot.
Smells bad.

Another major FAKE advertisement it's a STUDIO not a one bedroom apartment as they claim.
Slow internet that's maybe the least of their problems.
No ventilation in bathroom just a single AC.
It's open no seating area in the front you basically stuck in street waiting for everything.

The Gym is a fckn joke and they hang their clothes over the machines! AND IT HAS LOW CEILING you cant exercise without hitting your head to the ceiling!

Terrible but the worst is the FAKE ADVERTISEMENT, I'M ASKING BOOKING TO INVESTIGATE THEM and remove their property until changing it to homestay not a hotel and it's a studio not a one bedroom apartment.

Pros:

We stayed in one of the villas and it was gorgeous. The dark wood, the bath by the window overlooking the town and surrounding mountains, the decor, the water pressure and temperature, the open layout… The exterior is full of plants — Green Villa is an apt name! — and walking throughout the resort is enchanting. The pool on the roof is perfect for a quick, refreshing dip — not to mention the view! Chau was a kind, helpful, thoughtful and welcoming host. We originally booked for one night and stayed for four! It’s an easy walk to the town centre but in a quieter area, which was perfect for us.
