Pros:

The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. Mini-fridge barely works. Not near any stores, restaurants or shopping. Paid for breakfast with the booking, had to fight with them because they said it wasn't included and that I hadn't paid. I had to literally show them the booking that I paid and even then they acted like they were completely stupid and didn't understand what was going on.

Nice property. Huge breakfast buffet. I would rate it five stars overall, but lazy river only runs four hours a week - Friday and Saturday.

Dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng khá tốt, phòng sạch sẽ và đủ tiện nghi, món ăn sáng ngon và hợp khẩu vị,
có chỗ vui chơi cho trẻ em nên đi du lịch gia đình rất phù hợp. Không gian thoáng, view đẹp. Người lớn và trẻ em nhà mình đều rất thích. Không có điểm chê.

엠피리언, 아레나 다 같은 이름 같은 건물이고 리셉션 데스크만 다릅니다. 예약 내용 보고 어떻게 해야 하는지 잘 안내해 줍니다. 밤 출발이나 도착 위한 0.5박으로 안성맞춤 입니다. 숙소에서 공항까지 그랩도 잘 잡힙니다.

Excellent facility, but don’t expect a smile.
Pros:

Wonderful large rooms with all the amenities and sparkling clean. Lots of hot water in a fairly new building. Well kept grounds and facilities. Mass tourism on a grand scale.
Good swimming pools and great beach access.
Walking distance to the airport, but I wouldn’t do it with luggage.
Some functions going on around the property occasionally but no information about what was happening or where.
A couple of the front staff were friendly and helpful when approached but most were cool and unfriendly. Generally seem to be overworked and undertrained. Unusual for VN.
Very few restaurants choices in the area and no convenience stores. Try Cam Lum nearby for meals and massages.

침대랑 실내가 지어진지 얼마안된 새건물이라 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 풀장 물은 별로 안깨끗해서 아이들이 안들어갈려 하더라구요
