Pros:

personnel de jour très bien.
Personnel de nuit incompetant lors de notre départ. nous a chargé 2 liqueurs qui etaient supposées être gratuites. Voulait nous faire payer une bouteille d'eau qu'on avait achete au dépanneur. nous a laissés la réception pour aller inspecter la chambre et est revenu en disant qu'on avais brisé l'affiche "ne pas déranger " et voulait qu'on la paye. (Elle était brisée à notre arrivée).

Great location. Very friendly, helpful reception
Pros:

Was a nice room. Very, very helpful reception, and super friendly. We were avle to get laundry done, and they setup a bus for us when we left. The houskeeping was off a little, we had to ask to get towels for our room when we arrived, and we never had any hand soap. Overall really nice hotel though, and in a geat location for getting around
