Mai and Hong went overboard to make our stay comfortable. I have traveled quite a bit and they are among a very few people i have met with such genuine warmth and sincerity. We had a bus to catch at 10pm and Mai sent us off with water and snacks. I was touched by her gesture. For the price we pay the service is top notch. We had a balcony room for a day and mountain view for the next day. We enjoyed the View of mountains sipping coffee from our balcony. Room and bathroom was neat with all necessary amenities. We had foot, neck and shoulder massage with them and was very satisfied with it. Will definitely recommend Tiger sapa hotel. Thank you Mai and Hong
Such a lovely stay with staff that went above and beyond with service, the room was comfy and exactly what we needed after hiking! The place was clean and spacious and the balcony was lovely. I recommend this stay highly for your trip to Sapa.
The staff are lovely
Value for money, walking distance from SAPA city centre, there is a nearby restaurants that we can go to for lunch or dinner. The staff are very courteous, nice people, they always have tea offered to us whenever we are in the lobby. They even have something for us when we are about to leave. Nice view of the balcony, we just love to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay with Mai and her family. They were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Gorgeous view from our top floor balcony. Thank you all for a memorable stay. We will definitely stay here again when next in Sapa and recommend to all our friends.

Kind staff
Our room was clean, had a table to sit at(to drink our morning coffee or play cards), and a fantastic view of the mountains. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the family that owns it- they were so friendly and helpful! They even gave us a snack bag for our bus trip back to Hanoi. I would highly recommend this hotel!
Nothing- was amazing
Located in the heart of Sapa. The owner, Mai & her wonderful family with their staff especially Ding were very hospitable, accommodating, kind, informative & proactive. It was dark, raining & very cold when we got there but we are welcomed by the warmth’s of the whole staff. This is not just a hotel for me, but once you stay here, it feels like home. I loved that Mai as an owner were very hands on. We’ll surely choose to stay here again and hopefully longer... For now, Thank You for the way you made us feel @Tiger Sapa Hotel! Until we meet again!
