The best hotel stay of our trip!
Pros:

Our room was clean, had a table to sit at(to drink our morning coffee or play cards), and a fantastic view of the mountains. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the family that owns it- they were so friendly and helpful! They even gave us a snack bag for our bus trip back to Hanoi. I would highly recommend this hotel!

It feels like home!
Pros:

Located in the heart of Sapa. The owner, Mai & her wonderful family with their staff especially Ding were very hospitable, accommodating, kind, informative & proactive. It was dark, raining & very cold when we got there but we are welcomed by the warmth’s of the whole staff. This is not just a hotel for me, but once you stay here, it feels like home. I loved that Mai as an owner were very hands on. We’ll surely choose to stay here again and hopefully longer... For now, Thank You for the way you made us feel @Tiger Sapa Hotel! Until we meet again!

Really enjoyed staying at this property! They are very polite and helpful!
Pros:

There’s no breakfast included but there’s a lot of restaurants nearby. The location is great! The Fansipan cable car, Moan Sapa and Town centre is just a walking distance 😊

Cons:

The airconditioner in our room is not working properly though when informed the receptionist, they fixed it but still not 100% good.

Det var et veldig vellykket opphold, og vi vil veldig gjerne komme tilbake hit.
