Tiger Sapa hotel

Our stay was great! All the staff including the owner were amazing! Our first night had no electricity at 230am but that was due to construction on the electrical pole. The hotel had no control over it. We got power back on after 5pm. We were out exploring all day so it didn't affect us at all. When going to Sapa, expect country living. That's what we wanted. Our hotel and staff took great care of us.

The location is nicer than right at the town center because our balcony opens to the mountain with the rice terrance in the distant view. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. Mai (the owner) made arrangements for us to travel from Ha Noi to Sapa at the time of hotel booking and the trip was great. Highly recommend this homey place...great foot massages by the girls from the different local tribes as well. Thank you everyone at Tiger Sapa!

The owner is one of the nicest people I've met in my life period. He was always there with a smile on his face, asking how our day was, seeing if we wanted any water, tea, or snacks. They helped us plan our day trips while in Sa Pa, getting us a private taxi to take us to different attractions and recommending the train to go to Fanispan cable car station.

The hotel contacted us a few days before our stay to see if we needed anything. A few days earlier my partner had injured her ankle on a hike and the hotel offered to upgrade our room so that she wouldn't have to take any stairs in the hotel, and we would still have a beautiful view overlooking the valley.

And lastly, when we were leaving we were in a hurry (of our own fault) and we didn't want to miss our bus. We came back to get our luggage, and he packed us a goodie bag to go with snacks and water. We missed our bus but were able to contact the taxi driver from the day before to help us get where we were going. We are definitely coming back to Sa Pa one day, and I know we will be staying here when we do!

Mai and Hong went overboard to make our stay comfortable. I have traveled quite a bit and they are among a very few people i have met with such genuine warmth and sincerity. We had a bus to catch at 10pm and Mai sent us off with water and snacks. I was touched by her gesture. For the price we pay the service is top notch. We had a balcony room for a day and mountain view for the next day. We enjoyed the View of mountains sipping coffee from our balcony. Room and bathroom was neat with all necessary amenities. We had foot, neck and shoulder massage with them and was very satisfied with it. Will definitely recommend Tiger sapa hotel. Thank you Mai and Hong

Such a lovely stay with staff that went above and beyond with service, the room was comfy and exactly what we needed after hiking! The place was clean and spacious and the balcony was lovely. I recommend this stay highly for your trip to Sapa.

Value for money, walking distance from SAPA city centre, there is a nearby restaurants that we can go to for lunch or dinner. The staff are very courteous, nice people, they always have tea offered to us whenever we are in the lobby. They even have something for us when we are about to leave. Nice view of the balcony, we just love to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay with Mai and her family. They were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Gorgeous view from our top floor balcony. Thank you all for a memorable stay. We will definitely stay here again when next in Sapa and recommend to all our friends.

Kind staff

Our room was clean, had a table to sit at(to drink our morning coffee or play cards), and a fantastic view of the mountains. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the family that owns it- they were so friendly and helpful! They even gave us a snack bag for our bus trip back to Hanoi. I would highly recommend this hotel!
