Bien placé au centre-ville avec des commerces et des restaurants/cafés à proximité. Cependant, dans une petite ruelle éloignée au calme ce qui est appréciable (attention il faut descendre des escaliers pour y accéder, rien de sportif mais à prendre compte pour les personnes avec valides). Les espaces communs sont sympathiques avec des livres à disposition et une fontaine à eau. La chambre était très propre et agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Petit plus : le Check in est autonome donc nous avons pu avoir notre chambre même en arrivant après un bus de nuit (1h du matin).
La chambre était assez humide et le mode chauffage de la climatisation ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas. Heureusement, les lits possédaient des surmatelas chauffants !
Nous avons beaucoup aimé la vue qu’offrait la chambre. La chambre est très lumineuse et le bain chaud était un réel réconfort le soir après les journées dans le froid des montagnes.
Le personnel était bienveillant, nous avons pu late Check out à 19h avec les taxes bien sûr.
On retrouve au 4eme et dernier étage un coin lessive pour 10 000 VND la lessive, des boissons (eau, coca, bière…) payante à un prix très abordable, une cuisine complète et équipé avec une fontaine à eau, un coin bar/restauration…
Les 5 étages à monter à pieds 😂 sinon tout était très bien
I stayed here in the low season, in January, and was a bit worried about getting cold. But the hotel has everything you need to warm up after long walks. A great hot bath with beautiful views and a heated mattress — absolute comfort.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen if you need to cook something, though I didn’t use it because there are so many excellent restaurants around.
The views from the windows are absolutely breathtaking.
I also really appreciated the washing machines and dryers, which you can use at any time — super convenient for travelers.
The check-in process is very easy: you receive a code for a key lockbox, so you can check in at any time without any hassle.
Everything was perfect
직원분들은 정말 상냥하시고 빠르게 일을 처리해주십니다. 개인적으로 궁금한 점도 바로바로 정보를 알려주시고 도와주십니다. 그리고 5층에 있는 세탁기와 건조기 덕분에 항상 깨끗한 옷을 입을수있었어요. 정말 멋진 전망을 보면서 하는 목욕은 정말 멋진 추억이었어요!!!!
화장실에서 물냄새가 많이나요.
숙소에 가기위해 계단을 오르락 내리락 해야해요... 힘들어요 ;

Amazing facilities, full kitchen on upper floor, washing machine, dryer fridge. Cold drinks in fridge to buy, washing liquid to buy.
Can sit outside on small balcony, beautuful views.

Would be difficult for the less mobile, as lots of steps down to property and same steps from property but exceptional place to stay.

It has great views of the mountain and town and it felt nice and private.

It was a really nice room and the bath tub was great to relax and enjoy the views of the mountains.
房間非常乾淨舒適，床上有電熱毯，天氣好的話景色很美。公共區域有飲水機及餐具，還有洗衣機和烘乾機，非常適合背包客。住宿地點離Sun Plaza非常近。
前往住宿地需要走約100階梯後，再走一小段窄小的下坡，不適合搬運大件行李或是腿腳不便的旅客；浴室沒有暖氣，冬天洗澡非常冷。
The place has good view and heated bed with iron, hair dryer as well
There is no elevator so pls be mindful when bringing big luggage and despite we got help from the receptionist, we still needed to carry our luggage all the way up
The hill and then to our room
Great location, quiet but close to the center, room with many amenities, friendly staff and self-checkin option.
Bathtub by the window sounds nice, but it was so foggy when we stayed that I can't even confirm whether the good is actually that good (couldn't see anything).
Chose it for the bath tub, but was a bit lackluster. Just enough hot water to fill it up, then at the end of the bath it still hadn't recharged enough to hot shower, had to use just little tepid water.
Room heater very weak, and the bathroom is cold due to an open vent.
Overall, place is ok, but for the price, I expected a bit better. Got another room at same cost, a bit out of the center, that was way superior. I guess price point might be for the position more than the tub.
Staff is helpful and friendly and location is great. Close to everything but still a quiet room. Shower is quite good and bed was comfortable. Spacious room.
Even though this might be a general problem in Sa Pa, it felt like there is some moisture in the room. The bathtub is close to the curtains and feel wet in the morning. You can see it in the room too, and we did a load of laundry but everything stayed quite wet.
Nur die Aussicht auf die Berge vom Balkon aus.
Ein steiler Treppe bis zum Unterkunft keine Autostrasse also mussten wir mit 2 grossen Koffern alles zuerst runter ca. 150 m, dann beim aushecken alles hoch. Dies wurde leider nicht erwähnt beim Beschreibung. Es war auch sehr kalt zum Glück hatte die Unterkunft eine Heizdecke. Beim Duschen stand fast die ganze WC Anlage unter Wasser es ist sehr eng und klein.

The location is good but…
You must take down a lot of stairs to reach the hotel and climb back the stairs to go downtown.
Also you need to take your luggage to your room via stairs cause there is no lift

J ai pris la chambre avec la baignoire en bois .
Elle est exactement comme.sur les photos. J'avais peur au début vu certains commentaires mais vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
Je me suis fait ce petit plaisir pour me couper un peu la semaine. L eau était très chaude ( jai peut être eu de la.chance vu de autres commentaires) la chambre est spacieuse, quasi toute vitrées, il y a la clim et un chauffage d appoint si besoin . Le lit est très grand et confortable . Il y a une sorte de réfectoire a côté de la chambre jai pu faire mon linge et le sécher au sèche linge. Il y a un frigo une cuisine un fontaine filtrante d eau et de boissons a disposition ( payante c'est bien normal)

Certe cette chambre est au 5 ème étage et certes l hôtel est situé dans une rue en contre bas . Mais tout ceci se monte facilement avec une petite pause .une fois que l'on est prévenus c'est même pas un vrai point négatif.
