Location is a little hard to find - note there are many stairs so harder for older people or anyone who struggles with walking. Kettle but no tea in the room, quite cold

В целом все отлично. С учетом погоды, которая может быть неприятной, например +12))) есть фен, подогревающий коврик под простыней ( на пульте) и горячая вода. По поводу вида ничего сказать не могу, в мой приезд был тотальный туман, видимость 1метр, но верю, что он красивый. Кстати, кто жалуется, что до отеля нужно идти по лестнице… как бы можно выезжать с другой стороны, там как раз спуск вниз, есть лифт-вызывайте такси туда если тяжело идти по лестнице. Цена-качество отличные!

Cons:

Мне кажется, постельное белье не меняют при звезде, я имею ввиду. То же самое наблюдала и в другом отеле в Сапе. А это очень неприятно

Wszystko na 5 z plusem. Pokój przestronny, łóżko duże i wygodne. Na łóżku koc elektryczny, ciepło i wygodnie. ZERO wilgoci jak w innych hotelach w SaPa. Pachnąca i bardzo czysta pościel i ręczniki.Gorąca woda pod prysznicem cały czas. Czajnik i filizanki do kawy w pokoju. Suszarka do włosów i żelazko ! Super wyposażona kuchnia na ostatnim piętrze hotelu, włącznie z oliwa do pieczenia. Balkon przy pokoju z krzesłami i stolikiem z przepięknym widokiem na góry. Przemiła obsługa !!! Polecam z całego serca !!!

A beautiful place to stay in Sapa!

It was beautiful and clean, good location and staff were very kind.

Cons:

It was a bit cold in the room and kitchen while we were there in late January / early February. It was also difficult to get in the cue for the washer/dryer.

Pros:

As comodidades eram incríveis. Os quartos muito limpos e com tudo o que necessitamos (chuveiro, agua quente, secador, chaleira, ar condicionado). A vista era muito bonita.
Tem uma cozinha no ultimo piso muito bem equipada, limpa, e serviço de lavandaria gratuito.
No ultimo dia fizemos check out por volta das 11h mas deixaram nos usar o lounge do hotel onde permanecemos até ao nosso autocarro noturno.
A minha namorada estava doente então deu mesmo muito jeito.
Obrigada por todo o cuidado.
Certamente marcaram o nosso mochilão pela ásia.

Un séjour tranquille et agréable
Pros:

Bien placé au centre-ville avec des commerces et des restaurants/cafés à proximité. Cependant, dans une petite ruelle éloignée au calme ce qui est appréciable (attention il faut descendre des escaliers pour y accéder, rien de sportif mais à prendre compte pour les personnes avec valides). Les espaces communs sont sympathiques avec des livres à disposition et une fontaine à eau. La chambre était très propre et agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Petit plus : le Check in est autonome donc nous avons pu avoir notre chambre même en arrivant après un bus de nuit (1h du matin).

Cons:

La chambre était assez humide et le mode chauffage de la climatisation ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas. Heureusement, les lits possédaient des surmatelas chauffants !

Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la vue qu’offrait la chambre. La chambre est très lumineuse et le bain chaud était un réel réconfort le soir après les journées dans le froid des montagnes.
Le personnel était bienveillant, nous avons pu late Check out à 19h avec les taxes bien sûr.
On retrouve au 4eme et dernier étage un coin lessive pour 10 000 VND la lessive, des boissons (eau, coca, bière…) payante à un prix très abordable, une cuisine complète et équipé avec une fontaine à eau, un coin bar/restauration…

Cons:

Les 5 étages à monter à pieds 😂 sinon tout était très bien

Simply an incredible place!
Pros:

I stayed here in the low season, in January, and was a bit worried about getting cold. But the hotel has everything you need to warm up after long walks. A great hot bath with beautiful views and a heated mattress — absolute comfort.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen if you need to cook something, though I didn’t use it because there are so many excellent restaurants around.

The views from the windows are absolutely breathtaking.

I also really appreciated the washing machines and dryers, which you can use at any time — super convenient for travelers.

The check-in process is very easy: you receive a code for a key lockbox, so you can check in at any time without any hassle.

멋진 풍경을 보며 따뜻한 목욕을 즐길수있어요!
Pros:

직원분들은 정말 상냥하시고 빠르게 일을 처리해주십니다. 개인적으로 궁금한 점도 바로바로 정보를 알려주시고 도와주십니다. 그리고 5층에 있는 세탁기와 건조기 덕분에 항상 깨끗한 옷을 입을수있었어요. 정말 멋진 전망을 보면서 하는 목욕은 정말 멋진 추억이었어요!!!!

화장실에서 물냄새가 많이나요.
숙소에 가기위해 계단을 오르락 내리락 해야해요... 힘들어요 ;
