La vue, la chambre et le personnel discret et efficace

very nice clean rooms, the view from the balcony was beautiful (I just got unlucky with the weather but it was expected), the top floor kitchen has all the amenities. easy to check in, possible to pay by card, people who work there are super friendly and helpful
I'd say cool for active travelers, vibrant youth vibe
I knew about the steep road to the home stay so I was mentally prepared and I was sent help to deal with my luggage which was very helpful.
so this is not a minus if you travel light but just keep that in mind

Probably our favourite place we stayed in sapa! Staff were accommodating and friendly and the room was clean! There was a washing machine and dryer free to use and detergent provided for 10,000vnd. The communal fridge was also really nice and they had a stocked fridge too where you could buy drinks. There was also water filters in the kitchen and ground floor. Great value for money!!
The only thing that was annoying and not actually the fault of the property were some neighbours dogs constantly barking.
The location is great. You’re very close to the Sapa centre. We did not interact with any staff as it was self check in. I believe they may wash the linen in house as even fresh linen had a bit of an unpleasant smell. There was never enough hot water to fill up the bath tub as well. The hotel is built around homes, we were woken to a dog barking from the home below every morning at 6:30am. The dog would bark for over an hour non stop. This made us feel very tired and gave us a headache each morning. This part is obviously out of their control but just to note for future travellers, there are more quiet places to stay.

Estaba súper escondido en una zona que daba un poco de miedo, entre callejones. Está bien ubicado pero enrevesado para llegar… Las fotos no muestran la realidad…

Очень понравилось наличие стиральной и сушильной машины, удобно освежить все свои вещи
А когда на улице прохладно, то теплые простыни просто восторг!
Снова локация с точки зрения доступности. Если у вас тяжелые чемоданы, то их надо спустить с большой лестницы, а потом поднять самим на 2-3-4 этаж, тут как повезет с номером. И в обратную сторону то же самое, хотя обратно их можно скатить не по лестнице, а по противоположной дороге от нее.
И для меня были очень жесткие матрасы, так как у меня больная спина, каждое утро было тяжело вставать, так как все болело
We booked a room with a view and a bathtub (and pay an upgrade room for it) but did not get one.
Otherwise, clean and easy.
Absolute paradise! We had the most perfect 4 nights here and enjoyed every moment. The real star of the show was the beautiful bath overlooking the mountains. You can tell real care has been taken in this property and the little touches make all the difference. We loved that there was a washing machine and dryer and the well equipped kitchen was great. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough! Worth more than 10 stars
