Pros:

All of it!!! Was amazing place was really comfortable and great location. Made it very easy to get to different places with the tram line right there!! Also amazing sunset on the jetty witch was a basically a 3 minute walk.

We absolutely recommend this place.
Pros:

Durham Serviced Apartments were comfortable with a fantastic location. About 30 metres from the Jetty Road restaurants and shops — close enough to feel in the middle of things and just far enough to minimise noise. We were in an accessible studio, which was so convenient for my partner. We absolutely recommend this place.

Great location! And parking was good too.

Cons:

Our key card failed and we were not able to get inside the building....at 11pm.
Called the emergency number and the man on the other end of the phone was great!
He gave us the code to get into the lobby but we had to wait close to 45mins for the security guy to let us in to our room.
I told the guy on reception when checking out the following morning. No apology or discount offered. Disappointed
During our wait in the lobby, another guest said that she too, had had her key card fail, but fortunately it was during office hours so wasn't quite the same inconvenience.

Neues Haus mit entsprechender moderner Einrichtung. Beste Lage (allerdings derzeit von Baustellen getrübt) in einer sonst ruhigen Nebenstraße direkt am Strandzentrum mit Tramstation. Nettes Personal. Waschmaschine.Balkon.

Cons:

Minimale Ausstattung der Küche, keine Spülmaschine. Preis/Leistungsverhâltnis für Februar nicht angemessen. Blick auf die öde Fassade des gegenüberliegenden Hauses.

Our first night away without our kids in 3 years and we just had a nice relaxing night out
Pros:

Nice and easy to get into, parking available was a plus! Super easy access right to Glenelg.

Cons:

The shower door was scary to use. It was flimsy and the connection wasn’t to code that’s for sure. But everything was great
