Location marvellous Staff polite and welcoming. Bed linen supply is a very good standard, smooth and non itchy on skin , a factor high on my wish list

Great location and friendly service.
Pros:

The location was excellent - close to beach and food outlets. They changed the car park as we have a disability issue and couldn't walk as far away as the car park is. The staff member who welcomed us was fantastic and we mentioned her to the chief staff member as we left to congratulate her for her care. Each one of the employes was friendly and caring

Cons:

Explain where and how the car park works. We had booked 8 weeks prior so we had hoped for better service.

Easy access to transport, coffee/eating places and beach
Pros:

The location was excellent and the room was light and bright. Bed was comfortable and reception staff most obliging. Plenty of fresh towels on request and could easily top up teas and coffees. Coles supermarket is close by so easy to stock up on supplies if one is staying longer. Lots of choices for eating and coffee places. Easy access to beach.

Cons:

Whilst there was a microwave and hotplates, saucepans had not lids and there were no bowls for heating or use in the microwave. Washing machine was problematic, Our booking was around the Writers Festival so was quite expensive.

It was convenient, if we decide to stay again we would request a room on one of the higher floors
Pros:

Location was great; parking was close and reasonably priced

Cons:

Shower gel wasn't filled so it ran out (stayed only 3 days); the door close -to both rooms and to our room- wasn't automatic so had to check each time to ensure they locked; lower floors are noisier than upper floors.
