Room was spacious and bed comfortable
Food in the restaurant was nice and staff excellent
The bed had a zip joining 2x singles which was obvious and protruded.
Shower had very low pressure and the rain head dripped cold water when the normal shower head was used.
Main issue was a very loud and continuous drone like a generator. Staff unable to pinpoint source and advised all rooms had the same noise.
Very good location close to shops and restaurants, room was large and bed comfortable.
The room we had was near the building central air conditioning so was very noisy making it difficult to sleep.

Broken shower tap. Asked for late checkout due to long drive that night. Got no response so communication is very poor

Hard beds ,water in shower was just warm,no fresh towels ,the staff had no interest in helping us store our bags or to check in a little early.
Clean neat functional
When I contacted mobile number to enquire about dayroom use or additional night staff member was so totally disinterested I ended up going to see girl in the pub who helped me out - u need a business room
Location was great for our needs.
The convenience and customer service of the restaurant and coffee shop across the carpark (Bean There Done That) were great as was the undercover parking.
Unfortunately the housekeeping let this property down;
Excessive mould in the bathroom,
Broken tap in the shower
Soiled spare blanket
Items in bedside draw from previous occupants
NO spare toilet paper
Cheap instant coffee
4 mismatched wine glasses
AND the noise from what we assume was the extractor fan from the restaurant below! This did turn off about 10pm but until then sounded like a tumble dryer on the other side of the wall.
All in all this property was disappointing and does not warrant the $225 per night we paid!

Good size tv, didn't watch thoe as had to get up early to get to airport.
Bistro was awesome, food yummy.
Name confusing as I had booked Bli Bli suites on Booking .Com but only saw Bli Bli Hotel signage initially on arrival but then after getting out of car and walking around found smaller signs for Bli Bli Suites so definitely need larger signage.
No info sent about check in or out, couldn't find place to check in so went to Bistro where young lady gave us the key and explained about the lift, only discovered actual key system when leaving which was also in folder in room but wasn't sure what it meant until I saw it after getting off lift to go to the car park.
Overall very confusing but once you know how it works all good.
