Location and ease of access to the property

We had the most amazing stay! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and the instructions for getting in were spot on. The hosts helped accommodate an early check in for us and even left a bottle of bubbles for us to enjoy! The apartment is stunning and huge. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms so everyone can be comfortable. It was just a friend and I but you could easily go with two couples or a couple and two kids who can share a bed. Everything is new and clean. The main bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean from the bed! And there’s a lovely balcony with a view of the ocean where we enjoyed a drink before dinner.
The location was great- we walked 20 minutes along the beach to dinner at The Tropic and in the morning we walked 2 minutes around the corner to breakfast at The Paddock. I highly recommend both places they were amazing.
Checkout was easy and flexible. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

It was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Very stylish and comfortable. The location was excellent. The hosts gave very clear information about parking and access to the apartment. Some really good recommendations offered too.

The hosts were super accommodating and helpful. The place was in a great location, immaculate, and very modern. Thoughtful touches like the selection of board games made the stay even better.

Had an amazing time staying at Anne and Ed’s apartment in the Sandbar! The apartment was very clean and new, really spacious bathrooms/bedrooms, extremely comfortable beds and an exceptional view! Great location, about a 20 min walk to Burleigh. Would definently recommend to friends and family.

Anne and Ed were amazing hosts. Communicating with them was very easy, and they responded very fast, which I really appreciated. They definitely accommodated the requests I made and even had some complimentary welcome snacks. Getting in and out was super easy - I was a little worried beforehand as I haven't booked somewhere that puts the keys in the letter box, but it was super simple and wasn't complicated. The apartment was better than I expected, very clean, and everything looked very nice, new and polished. The view from the main bedroom is amazing! Loved having a well-equipped kitchen with a big fridge and freezer, cutlery, containers, plastic bags, glad wrap, bowls, plates, etc... very thoughtful! The beds are very comfy, all of my friends said they had the best sleep! Very easy to walk to the beach and it is close to popular cafes like the Paddock Bakery, as well as places like the North Burleigh Surf Club and of course, not too far away from the main Burleigh strip. We accidentally left a couple of things, and Anne just texted a photo through to me and said she would leave it in the letterbox so that I could pick it up, which was so lovely for her to do. They also emphasised that if we needed/wanted to ask them something, we could just send a text. They definitely want you to have the best time you possibly can. I would definitely book with Anne and Ed again.
