Pros:

Great experience with this accommodation! We would especially like to praise the lady who works here – she was very kind, helpful, and assisted us with everything during our stay. We received a great room, and she also helped us plan a trip and arranged transportation to the boat. Truly excellent service and attitude. Thank you very much!

Pros:

The hotel room is very furnished and maintained. Even though I booked at extremely short notice, the staff was available for help regarding stay as well as onward travel tips.

Cons:

The location is as close to halong Beachfront as you can get but there is continuous construction happening on the front, so the property might lose sea view in a couple of years... But as a property for a comfortable stay, it was nice and lavish.
