Pros:

My family booked a 4-bedroom apartment that was expensive, not cheap, several months in advance, but on the day of receiving the apartment, it was reported that one room had a short circuit. We agreed to stay in an apartment with a damaged room so that the family could live together. But that side also refused. I asked if I wanted to go up and see the 4-bedroom apartment. They told me that the owner kept the key and they couldn't handle it. forced my family to change to 2 separate, cheap apartments. I asked the reservation company to resolve the matter clearly, but they called and texted all the time and were negligent, not talking properly with my family. Staying here for 2 nights, I couldn't sleep and had to keep watch for fear of ants crawling on me. The apartment is as small as a nostril, especially full of ants. Anyone with small children here should pay special attention. The room card to go up and down cannot be entered. Every time I go up and down the elevator, I have to ask the security guard to press the button for me. But the security guards showed their attitude. Notified the apartment owner about the room card situation like that but still did not resolve it for my family. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE BEING HERE.

Pros:

まず場所が分かりづらい。チェックインしようとするも鍵のある場所がわかりづらい。鍵を受け取って部屋のあるフロアにのぼるとなんともカビ臭い。部屋自体は広く、使いやすかったが、シャワールームに難あり。水がすぐ詰まるし、水が仕切りの外にすぐ漏れる。ベッドは真ん中がくぼんだ仕様になっており、2人で寝ていると気づいたら目の前に相手の顔が、ということもある。
施設の説明欄にはプールが使えると書いてあるが、短期滞在者は使えない模様。プールのある宿ということでこの宿を選んだのに利用できなかったのは非常に残念。
連絡について、部屋自体の利用に関する質問に対してはスムーズだった。送迎や荷物の預け入れ、宿泊中のタオル交換などについて迅速に対応してくれた。しかしながら施設サービスの利用(ラウンジ、プールなど)については完全に無視されるので注意したほうがいい。
