Quick easy early check in!

Really good looking hotel, a bit far from the city center, but very close to the airport. There was no window in our, but the room was excellent,very clean and the bathroom room was ultra modern and clean as well

New and clean hotel.

Modern appointments, great breakfast on the 9th floor with views over the lake.

Friendly staff

Clean room, new facilities, delicious breakfast. Every staff we met were very friendly and helpful to try their best in meeting our requests throughout the stay. The hotel is located in a quiet street near a lake, so the fresh atmosphere and great view for Deluxe room is a plus point. Check-in and check-out were easy. It isn't the city centre but taxi is very quick to come at reasonable price.

New building good price

It was very clean and quite cozy I recommend to anyone that is visiting to go there. Although I didn't take advantage of the free breakfast they offered but there's a reason for that.. there are so many options when you're out and going for a walk or a quick taxi ride.

I arrived to Hai Phong when the sky was overcast. Many leaves were scattered on the ground, and there was a noticeable absence of traffic. It was my first time in the city. It somehow pulled me at my heart strings. Not because it reminded me of a scene from a movie, but this city is the last one in my trip to Vietnam this time. And boy oh boy, I went to so many cities & provinces near and far.
Ly, the lady working at the reception desk, greeted me warmly and cheerfully. She was friendly, provided me with helpful information, and presented me with different choices for my travel itinerary. The owner I encountered on the initial day is extremely generous. The staff members are polite and friendly. I felt that they made an extra effort to ensure that my stay was unforgettable. The building is recently constructed, the equipment is state-of-the-art, and the decor exudes a contemporary vibe. I'll surely return. Actually, I have already made a reservation for a few days later.

We had already checked into a hotel elsewhere but came across this hotel by chance. We quickly decided to switch to CM and so happy we did. The hotel is very new, still has that newness smell around the place. The decor is Magnificent, location is very central. The owner, Thao, was very personable and super nice. The concierge, Ly, was very nice and super helpful. She arranged and booked our excursions and all our traánportations Overall, we would come here again and would happy to recommend this hotel

We stayed for one night whilst travelling from Cat Ba to Dan Nang as we had an early flight. Hotel appeared brand new the rooms were modest and clean. State of the art shower. Was in a quiet area but felt safe. Breakfast was Vietnamese maybe a coffee would have been nice but not an issue. Was good for a one night stay not sure I would stay there longer.

Quality of Hotel Rooms and even the size of the room. Spacious and Very Clean.

New and modern hotel. Clean rooms. We booked a studio type room. Space was a bit small, but had everything you need for a night or two stay.. Free tea and coffee offered in the room, but no cups for it. Receptionist (woman) very friendly and helpful. We had difficulties to get a Grab to Ha Long Bay and she arranged us a private car transfer.

Extremely modern and comfortable room with a fabulous shower, and the staff were extremely helpful. The only thing missing were curtains on the window to keep the light out

Hotel brand new. Very clean and nice. Fantastic seafood in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is worth having a vnd with you. Only in a few places you l can pay by card or dollars. I highly recommend this place.
