Séjour parfait très bien situé en plein centre du vieux quartier de Hanoï.
Fantastic stay! Everything was 10/10. The moment we arrived at 11pm, the bell desk opened our door and offered to take our luggage directly to the room. Room was spotless and we didnt hear any other noises. Currtains were truly "blackout". The breakfast was decent with fantastic omlet. I cant recommend thsi placw enough. Customer service is 10/10 and it is centrally located with lots of walkable shops anytime of the day.
We LOVED this hotel. Smack bang in the centre of Hanoi Old Quarter we were amazed at how quiet and relaxing our room was only 2 stories up from the chaos.
The staff were incredibly accommodating and a special mention to the beautiful staff member who rescued my little girl after she went into the elevator by herself. I wish we caught her name but I hope she sees this and knows how grateful we are for her kind & gentle approach with my daughter who was understandably hysterical.
Breakfast was basic but a fresh egg and noodle station was more than enough to get us going for the day!
Love love love this hotel! Especially as it was one of the cheaper options but with a 5 star experience!
Clean tidy
Deluxe Double Room - comfortable stay for 4 nights.
Location - Hotel is well positioned within Old Quarters and walking distance to train street and Hoan Kiem Lake. Safe for solo travelers. Can Grab readily - Be mindful of longer travel time on weekend evening when the night market is happening.
Room - Requested for room in quiet zone and hardly could hear the traffic outside. Bed was comfortable and there is bathtub. Water pressure is average if you like it strong.
Food - Breakfast was reasonable with the selection of choice. Convenient store (Circle K) is round the corner on the same block as the hotel. You can easily find food options within Old Quarters.
Staff - The hotel staff helped with my booking tours, credit to Wendy. All the staffs in general are helpful when you have questions or request for recommendation.

Highly recommended, our stay was superb, excellent service, great breakfast, the room we had was so spacious for 3 people and insulated, not a noise from the outside , it felt like another world, not a noise from the hustle and bustle street outside, convenient location to all the food vendor and shops , Lee and Wendy were so helpful with everything we needed
