Pros:

Mình vừa đi du lịch cặp đôi, phòng khách sạn dễ thương sạch sẽ lại có view biển đẹp mê, bãi cát trắng mịn trải dài tha hồ chạy nhảy chụp hình, nước biển trong xanh tắm mát lạnh cực thích, còn hải sản thì tươi rói chế biến ngon hết nấc, ăn xong chỉ muốn ở thêm vài ngày nữa thôi.

Tôi vừa đi du lịch cùng bạn gái, phòng khách sạn rộng rãi sạch sẽ và nhìn ra biển rất thoáng đãng, bãi cát mịn trải dài cùng làn nước trong xanh tạo cảm giác thư giãn dễ chịu, hải sản ở đây thì tươi ngon, chế biến vừa miệng nên mỗi bữa ăn đều đáng nhớ, tất cả khiến chuyến đi thêm nhẹ nhàng và đáng quay lại.

Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hồ bơi sạch sẽ và đẹp, nhất là 2 hồ vô cực, 1 hồ ở dưới và 1 hồ trên tấng 25. Các dịch vụ lo cho các cháu bé thấy rất tốt.
Địa điểm Hotel không tốt vì quá xa làng Mũi Né (khoảng 15 km), ngoài gọi xe Grab thì không có phương tiện đi lại nào khác.
Các quán ăn ở đây đắt, chất lượng kém.
Hotel không có lể tân như các Hotel khác, phải qua Whatapps hay Zalo để được hổ trợ. Nhân viên hình như ít và quá nhiều việc, nên cần giúp gì phải đợi rất lâu, có thể hơn 1 tiếng, phải nhắc nhở.1-2 lần.

I was completely impressed by the luxury and comfort of this hotel. The spacious and always-clean pool is the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the city. What impressed me the most was the staff's service attitude. They are enthusiastic, attentive, and always ready to help. I will definitely return here on my next trip

Pros:

The resort had an unresolved power outage for long period of time (6 hours). No room cleaning and overly crowded in common area making most of the resort amenities unusable. No parking structure whatsoever, not even a taxi pick up place, we had to catch our ride in a busy highway. The bed has a nail sticking out that cut our feet to bleed, water boiler has rust at the bottom that dissolve into the water. We had to cancel our stay and went home because the experience was do unbearable
