Comfortable stay
Pros:

Clean and nice room
Easy walk to Hoi An Old Town
Friendly staff
Housekeeping came daily to clean the room

Cons:

Mandatory to switch off hot water when leaving the room or risk a fine from the hotel so showers were regularly cold
Wifi connection not strong
Breakfast not worth paying for

Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel, in ca. 10 Minuten gelangt man über die Brücke in die sehr belebte wunderschöne Altstadt. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon auf dem man gut sitzen und über einen Flusslauf ins Grüne blicken konnte. So war es auch ruhig und wir konnten in den Betten gut schlafen. Die Möbel sind schon etwas abgegriffen, dem Bad würde auch eine Überholung gut tun, statt Badewanne eine Dusche, da wäre auch mehr Platz. Im Foyer, Treppenhaus und auch in unserem Zimmer hingen sehr interessante Bilder vom Großvater des jetzigen Besitzers.
Über das Frühstück können wir keine Aussage treffen.

Vị trí ngay gần phố cổ nhưng yên tĩnh, có thể đi bộ ra phố cổ. Ngay sát các quán hến xào, chè bắp nổi tiếng.
Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng

Cons:

Mình đặt phòng 3 người, trả tiền 3 người nhưng chỉ có 2 dép, 2 khăn, 2 bộ bàn chải. Vì mình có mang theo khăn và bàn chải nên ko xin thêm, chỉ xin thêm dép nhưng nhân viên phản hồi ko có dép.

Pros:

Struttura carina, bella vista, posizione comoda e servizio di noleggio bici e scooter.

Cons:

Purtroppo la nostra stanza aveva un forte odore di muffa, abbiamo provato a chiedere un cambio stanza ma ci hanno proposto una pulizia della camera (che non avrebbe risolto il problema) che comunque non è stata fatta. Pare però che il problema fosse solo nella nostra camera, gli altri ospiti non hanno avuto problemi.
