Pros:

Có xác nhận của Booking nhưng khi đến nhận thì không có phòng đây là 1 kiểu liên kết dở hơi và làm mất thời gian của khách hàng gặp cụ thể lễ tân thì lễ tân nói là không có phòng cho lễ tân xem xác nhận Booking thì lễ tân nói là hết phòng từ hôm qua rồi ở lễ tân cũng không hiểu tại sao lại trên hệ thống của Booking.com lại vẫn cho xác nhận. Kiểu dịch vụ này chỉ đáng cho không điểm mặc dù trên hệ thống cho điểm thì chỉ có từ 1 đến 10 đề nghị thêm số không vào nữa khách sạn này theo tôi biết nó là của mấy ông Trung Quốc
Đặt phòng đến nó bảo không còn phòng.

Trang Booking.com thì cho book phòng có gửi email xác nhận tuy nhiên rằng là tại thời điểm đó thì khách sạn xác nhận là không còn phòng tôi cho rằng 1 là do cái trang Booking chấmcom này vớ vẩn 2 là khách sạn họ không có liên kết chặt chẽ với trang này tóm lại là chúng tôi rất bất tiện và cảm thấy như mình bị lừa

The staff seems racist I was doing my best to even translate the girl was just not interested in helping , also they never told me booking was not paid I thought they deduct from my card already only for them to need cash upon checking out I had to call other people to come assist me,the lift was not working 😕 from 8th floor with a huge bag no one to assist I was injured on the steps going down only for the lady at the reception to laugh at me wouldn't recommend, bad location that doesn't Come out on gps to get a ride is a nightmare

Good hotel but karaoke bar next door killed it.
Pros:

Modern, clean updated hotel with good amenities. They are situated in a location surrounded by commercial properties. It feels like they tend more to business traveller's. A lot of restaurants, food and fruit stalls around. No breakfast options offered but there are a couple of good cafes nearby.

Cons:

The karaoke bar across the road was too loud and went on till late in the evening so it was hard to get rested and sleep.
