Pros:

Upon arriving at the property at 9:30 PM, I was disappointed to find no one available to assist with check-in. Even the on-site security guard couldn’t help. After spending two frustrating hours on calls with different Expedia agents, I learned that I should have made a booking with the owner one day before arrival. Unfortunately, they were unable to contact the owner, and I was left scrambling to find alternative accommodation. My experience was absolutely horrific, and I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

Pros:

This was a great place to finish up our 3 week Vietnam trip.

This is a fully furnished apartment in a really nice building. It is close to all the major attractions in Ho Chi Minh City allowing us to explore quite easily.

We had a great stay!
