Great place to stay
Pros:

Great property . I stayed here for 2 and then extended as I had to undergo some dental surgery.
It was so nice to be able to take a short walk from the property to the water front .

The staff are quick to respond to your request and assist with transport booking .

Room was good and with a few requests for replacements, the kitchen was usable. We cooked meals a few days.

Roosters crowing in the adjacent properties gives you a small town feel anytime of the day , while you sip your coffee. No view of the sea from my floor (3rd), but there was a host of activity around you that you can just observe .
Property has good sound proofing.

Cheap and good base to explore Vung Tau for a few days.

Cons:

Internet cut out a bit and I could not complete some streaming without switching to my own phone connection .

I left straight away.
Pros:

Friendly front desk staff

Cons:

Room was very dirty everywhere, walls ceiling etc, could smell and see mould, i didn’t even want to use the toilet.

It affected my breathing as soon as I sat on the bed to organise somewhere else to stay.

It’s a pity really because it just lets everyone down.
I was booked in for 2 nights, I’m not after a refund as it’s not about the money. The staff still need to be paid.
I could upload the video I would.

Cons:

i book a room with queen along with futon and balcony but when i came they gave me a small room without balcony . i told them thats not the room i book on Booking.com but they seem don’t care and told me thats what they have . thats a terrible experience for me .
also , they require partial deposit before i come get the room , the Booking.com does not say that when i book
