the location : close to a lake and a little away from the too noisy old town but reachable on foot.

Comprehensive room
I liked it all.
The location near the park is very good, the apartment was spacious, the bed comfortable, the AC worked very well and it was clean. Smart TV with Netflix. Free access to washing machine and dryer.
The major disappointment was that there was no proper window in the apartment, no daylight, no ventilation. The amenities were basic, just enough, there was no bedside lamp for example.

Good value and great location
The location is good —right near the heart of Hanoi, making it easy to explore the Old Quarter and other key attractions. There are plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.
The hot water system wasn’t big enough to support a long shower.
I reserved based on the review, listing and price. I needed wifi but it kept crashing so I had to leave. The shower drain backed up while I was in it so that was not good. The room was big and I liked having the little kitchen area. I moved to another local hotel after 7 of my 21 days reserved.

Big bed, away from street
The room was comfy and clean. it had many facilities.
The bed was very comfortable. The lighting in both the open area and bedroom was superb. I did not have to wait long for the hot water to come out the shower or sink taps. The young gentleman at the check-in and the staff on WhatsApp were very helpful, particularly with the arrangement to the airport at 5 A.M. since I had an early morning flight.
Location! Location! Location! Not in a good location, at all! After being dumped by the shuttle driver who did not show me where the place was, I had to find it myself! There is no sign at the start or top of the alley with their name showing you where and how far to go! There were no wine glasses or kitchen towels. There was no furniture on the balcony to sit and relax.
