Amazing place!

Wonderful place to stay in Hanoi away from the caos of the old town but still an easy grab ride away. I loved all the food options nearby this property. The staff are amazing and super helpful. Honestly they are all great. I would stay here away without a doubt.

Summarizing Westlake Pearl Aparthotel & Spa - By Pegasy Group in three words, it’s EXCELLENT staff! I booked this hotel off the recommendation from Expedia thinking of course that this was a five star hotel, and upon arrival that was not the case. I was a little disappointed with the accommodation because I had saved the five star experience for the end of my month long work trip, regardless the staff went out of their world showed that my stay was very well accommodated. Very special THANK YOU to Hayley, Tom and the entire team for the amazing stay. If you want an authentic experience is an absolutely beautiful part of Hanoi choose this hotel and the Westlake location. Look forward to staying here again!

Insgesamt war das Hotel ok. An der einen oder anderen Stelle renovierungsbedürftig. Es ist sauber, sowohl die Bäder wie auch die gesamten Räume. Das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich. Unser Frühstück war ebenfalls in Ordnung, bis auf den Kaffee

I loved this property for the beautiful rooftop and breakfast included with my booking . Also I can’t say enough about Travis , he made my stay memorable. Helped with navigating with the locals and any problems or questions I had. He seemed sincere and he helped me with my planning for my next day. I feel like he went over and above what I expected. I would highly recommend .Can’t thank Travis enough he made sure , I got where I needed to get to safely. Wonderful experience.

1 nơi xứng đáng để trải nghiệm. Tới Hà Nội để du lịch 1 mình, bna đầu tôi khá là sợ hãi nhưng nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện và hữu ích. Không chỉ tư vấn chỗ ăn chơi và còn hướng dẫn tôi tips chơi an toàn tại Hà Nội. Nhân viên còn hỗ trợ tôi đi tour Hạ Long Bay và Ninh Bình.
Ngoài ra nhà hàng Rooftop có view Hồ và hay còn mời tôi dự tiệc.

I spent nearly a month in a lake view room, extending my stay multiple times. The room was simple but functional. I liked the friendly staff, the convenient location, and especially enjoying breakfast, coffee, and evening drinks on the rooftop—it felt more like having my own apartment than staying in a hotel.

Some rooms face only a wall, so check carefully when booking. What I loved most was being on a street that felt like 'real Hanoi'—not as touristy as the Old Quarter, where I’ve stayed before. There are plenty of Vietnamese restaurants, cafes, and a few international bars nearby. I plan to return.

I stayed at this hotel - apartment on the first night in Hanoi. I loved my time here. We shared so much fun and laugh because they helped me organise all the things, my tours for the anniversary. I highly recommend. Their service was far beyond my expectation

I needed a place just for one night from arriving late from Sapa and to catch a flight next morning. Finding a decent place for crashing out just serves the purpose. The room i stayed didnt have a window (no access to natural light) and smelled a bit funky. Pros were staffs were friendly.

Phòng đẹp , sang trọng và sạch sẽ. Rất nhiều đồ tiện ích như là Smart tivi, máy giặt, nồi niêu, bếp. Nói chung mình khá ưng khi nghỉ ở đây

Wonderful property, room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The rooftop bar was very nice with a great view and reasonable prices. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff was courteous and helpful, particularly Alice. The area had lots of great restaurants and bars. I recommend the Dim Sum restaurant across the street and “the local” watering hole around the corner on the lake. Very walkable area
