Breakfast was limited, but ok. Room was clean. They provide a washer and dryer to use (I didn't use them, but that's a nice feature).
Location is a bit further out from the Old Quarter than I liked. Shower is 'part of the bathroom', so everything gets wet. Noise from street was LOUD most of the night (they do provide free earplugs). The hotel was fairly empty (at least the floor I was on) but if the other rooms were being used, I suspect noise from the adjoining common areas would have been a hassle. Some rooms don't have a window (this is somewhat common in Hanoi). Be careful of your check-in time - some low rates have a 9 pm check-in.

半夜有类似机器启动的声音突然想起，音量很大且不止一次，被惊醒。房间门隔音也较差，外面人走动声音很清楚。
Clean and well-located. The staff was very kind and spoke good English, I would like to highlight Tien who helped me sort things out with a bus ticket and also returned me an item I left in my room by accident
The fire alarm kept going off after hot showers both in my room and with others, sometimes waking me up in the middle of the night

There is very small room and very small space which they said is higher class room instead of two room as compare to money is not worth it and also there is no Breakfast include in the hotel booking , it's very bad experience with Hotel.

Vị trí thuận tiện, xung quanh nhiều quán ăn.
Nhân viên thân thiện, chỉ có chút ko hài lòng là khi check out, nhân viên quầy lễ tân không bật đèn sảnh để tối thui à (4h30am).
Phòng phía mặt đường chính (Cửa Bắc), đêm khuya rất ồn do kính cửa cách âm không tốt, Hà Nội xe chạy khuya bấm còi inh ỏi nên rất khó ngủ.

my room was on 2nd floor and faced the street, it was super noisy, I couldn’t sleep. I do think the rooms need better sound proof…
