交通方便，属于老城区范围，利于citywalk
半夜有类似机器启动的声音突然想起，音量很大且不止一次，被惊醒。房间门隔音也较差，外面人走动声音很清楚。
Clean and well-located. The staff was very kind and spoke good English, I would like to highlight Tien who helped me sort things out with a bus ticket and also returned me an item I left in my room by accident
The fire alarm kept going off after hot showers both in my room and with others, sometimes waking me up in the middle of the night

There is very small room and very small space which they said is higher class room instead of two room as compare to money is not worth it and also there is no Breakfast include in the hotel booking , it's very bad experience with Hotel.

Vị trí thuận tiện, xung quanh nhiều quán ăn.
Nhân viên thân thiện, chỉ có chút ko hài lòng là khi check out, nhân viên quầy lễ tân không bật đèn sảnh để tối thui à (4h30am).
Phòng phía mặt đường chính (Cửa Bắc), đêm khuya rất ồn do kính cửa cách âm không tốt, Hà Nội xe chạy khuya bấm còi inh ỏi nên rất khó ngủ.

my room was on 2nd floor and faced the street, it was super noisy, I couldn’t sleep. I do think the rooms need better sound proof…
Nice, young and english speaking stuff. We were a bit late with check out but were told to no rush and had one more free hour to get fresh and leave the hotel. (Thanks Nhan!) Breakfast good, rooftop area is great, you can bring you own food/drink and chill in case you are not in the mood to go out.
They ask for 500k vnd deposit,
(A bit weird as you get rather dorm type room so not too many things to destroy there but it was one of the cleanest accommodation in Vietnam so not a big deal for responsible people because you get back the deposit at the end anyway).
Breakfast subpar compared to usual breakfasts at other hotels in Vietnam
Nice hotel, just make sure you get a room WITH a window if you think it’s obvious.
I think it’s a manipulation as it was a last line in a description.
The personnel was very nice and offered to change the room for the second night without an extra charge.
My husband and I stayed at the Wil’que for one week and had a lovely time! The room was super clean and comfy and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. We loooved the location and exploring Truc Bach! It is located on a busy street so if you’re sensitive to noise at night/early in the morning, you might want to ask for a room not on street side. Special thanks to Ms. Ly and Mr. Tu for exceptional service!
