Pros:

The room was very nice and comfortable. The drawbacks were mainly focused on the disorganization upon arrival, as the staff seemed uncertain as to getting us to our accommodations. Additionally, the food and beverage offerings were a bit underwhelming. Apparently, due to it being a holiday weekend, the main restaurant only offered buffet service at dinner with no ala carte options, despite the menu looking appealing. The various private cafes/restaurants located on-site were also a bit disappointing with the quality of offerings. I will say that the staff was very pleasant, but likely inexperienced.

Pros:

The property itself was beautiful. Beautiful pools and lovely staff. The rooms were very spacious for our family of 5. The resort style condotel is a perfect way to break up a busy filled vacation through the hustle of Vietnam. The travel to the closest town of Mui ne is about 20 minutes by grab and about 40 minutes to Phan Thiet. That's the only downside but there are good dining options right on site as well as 24/7 stores.

Pros:

We were taking care of the best butler, Mr. Bean and his team. We couldn't enjoy our vacation without his help. We enjoyed staying here more than we expected. Thank you so much!
