We loved our stay and wouldn't mind booking it again here when we return.
Pros:

The staff are very friendly, respectful and helpful. The room is very clean and very spacious. The Toilet is nice and all functions are working. The free laundry is on time and very clean. Free laundry is the main reason we initially chose Lantern as no other hotel have it on their list. Daily clean up and daily free laundry. Their breakfast was delicious and generous and reasonably priced. It's easy to ask questions from staff.

Cons:

The WIFI is very frustrating. It is very weak and basically useless honestly.

If you need to save a few dollars and only need a place for a few nights go for it.
Pros:

The staff is really helpful. It is close to all the action, and the laundry is free.

Cons:

It can be a little loud. It is right on the street across from a park, and HCMC is a 24 hour town. I had to wear earplugs to “sleep.”

Perfect 10/10 – A Wonderful Stay!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and I am very happy with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help.

The location is excellent and very convenient, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of.

I would honestly give this hotel a perfect 10/10. The service, staff, atmosphere, and location all deserve the highest praise.

A special thank you to the entire team and management for making my stay so pleasant. I will be very happy to stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Pros:

フロントスタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。まるで日本のように感じるほど丁寧な接客で、日本語が上手でした。充電コードが壊れた際に貸していただきとても助かりました。また、部屋の机が壊れた時も迅速に対応してくださいました。スーパーで買ったお土産が多すぎて、急遽段ボールに詰めて持ち帰ることにした際も、力になってくれました。重いスーツケースも運んでくれたりと、本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

Pros:

We were so happy we chose this hotel for our 3 night stay. The staff were so helpful and welcoming and friendly. Our room was large and spacious and clean. Free laundry each day was a service that we appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend
Pros:

I’m especially grateful for the warm and enthusiastic service from the staff, especially Thu Ngân. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with plenty of great places to visit and delicious restaurants nearby. The room was clean and well maintained. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A little guest house type accommodation near to the Walking Street, main Bus Station and walking distance to the market.
Pros:

Right near the walking street. Lots of bars and restaurants and Tuk Tuks to take you anywhere
It is priced for what you get.
It's clean and they do free laundry for you.
Staff, as always in Vietnam, very friendly and helpful.

Excellent value for money - staff wonderful!
Pros:

The staff were incredible and were so helpful. Our favourite reception from the entire country. Also, the location was absolutely perfect - across the road from a huge range of shops and restaurants. The hotel is right next to Central Market which is the best one to shop and eat at. 10/10 recommend.
