The unit was not for short-term rental by property policy. We booked by you but you did not know or verify it. We got disturbing during stay there and they wanted move another from Tower building A to B.
I did contact you as virtual agent Andy but very limit resolve.
The bottom line that made my family were not happy and stressfull caused my kids who were frustrated move on 2nd times and times again. We are totally disappoint you to get my family in this incident and terrible that we shall not get it. We stayed in hight rate but we got no secure, less communication at 1 St day moving. I shall give one star or less. Your team is making my family in very stressful and disappointed.

DO NOT STAY we had the worst stay of our life at this property, it is a total scam. We booked for 3 nights and on the first morning when we were out exploring Saigon with our 2 young kids we were messaged on WhatsApp to return to the place where we were ordered to leave as the “owner” was coming back. We had food in the fridge and wet laundry and had to move into a new place on New Year’s Eve. We declined thier alternative property which was in an entirely different district, had broken AC and was of I’ll repair. The worst was the host has refused a refund. We are filing a complaint and hope Expedia removes them from the platform. It’s a disaster. I have never been treated this way in all my travels.

Pros:

Only issue I had was that they switched up and gave us a different place entirely than what I booked and yes the place they gave us was sort of equivalent but it was in a different location and didn’t have a hot tub, the free transportation didn’t work out… so just a number of things were different than my expectation upon booking but the staff involved were very pleasant people and the place I stayed for just one night was decent enough I just do my research before i book and I am particular about my bookings
