Месторасположение удачное - в пешей доступности от пешеходной улицы и набережной. Персонал старательный и услужливый. Завтраки замечательные. Можно выбирать как местную так и европейскую кухню. В номере все есть. Бассейн на крыше был очень к месту после прогулки по жаркому городу.

Cons:

Очень активный освежитель воздуха в лифте. Это если придраться.

Fantastic hotel, great location, amazing food!
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Quiet street within easy walking distance to major attractions. We ate at the restaurant several times and ordered room service, and all food was excellent. I would stay here again.

Within walking distance to main areas, clean, awesome staff
Pros:

Location is a bit out of the main central area but definitely within walking distance. It wasn't a huge concern because you can get a Grab ride pretty much anywhere for peanuts. Rooms were a good size, provided all the little items you would need in bathroom, and super-duper clean. The pool upstairs was the star of the show - it overlooked the city, you can order drinks up. Great area to relax and wind down at 12pm when the suns at its hottest before hitting the town later in the day. The staff were excellent - all the ones we interacted with spoke English. They organised our airport ride, called up spa places and hair salons to make reservations on our behalf, and even gave us free bottles of wine and laundry service! Honestly best stay I've had in Ho Chi Minh. Thank you so much for making our stay pleasurable!

Ottimo Hotel in centro a Saigon.
Pros:

Colazione eccezionale e servizio impeccabile. Posizione ottima e personale sempre gentile e disponibile. In particolare vorrei segnalare una persona del Concierge che è stata particolarmente disponibile ed efficiente: il suo nome è Mr. Johnny Ho

Cons:

Solo per indicare un possibile miglioramento: il complimentary service in reception andrebbe migliorato e reso più vario, magari con della frutta.

Thoải mái, tiện nghi, tuyệt vời
Pros:

Phòng rất sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình, dễ thương ạ. Bể bơi rất sạch nhìn ra view thành phố. Ngoài ra buffet ăn sáng cũng đầy đủ và chất lượng ạ.

One of the best IHG indeed?
Pros:

Very nice treatment for IHG Diamond.

They arranged nice suite without request. Great amenity with a bottle of wine without asking. Late check out seems like a no issue.

I don't know when was the last time Ive got a suite category at an IHG, perhafs the front desk here is former Marriott associate.

If they could improve the gym and roof top facilities, i will stay here weekly.

Nive hotel, but...
Pros:

ice hotel, but some of the staff were quite unprofessional. Breakfast was good. On our last day, the cleaners tried to avoid cleaning two of our rooms by leaving various notes with excuses – this shouldn't happen in a hotel of this standard.

Top class hotel in Ho Chi Minh
Pros:

Hotel Indigo Siagon is a very unique beautiful hotel. Service was impeccable. Room well set out. Cleanliness was stellar. Rooftop pool the best we have experienced. Beautiful views and a pool big enough to get some good swimming laps done. The area had nice restaurants and wide sidewalks.
