La proximité des commerces, des restaurants. Le marché pas trop loin. Le gérant parle bien l'anglais. Location motobike sur place (à déconseiller car en mauvais état : en tout cas pour les 2 que nous avons loués)

Clean spacious room. Hotel is extremely well located walking distance to everything.
On an intersection the traffic noise starts up at 5am along with the loudspeakers broadcasting news.
Bedding wasn’t changed during our 5 night stay. We had to ask for toilet paper.

I could check in early. The friendly staff spoke no English, but they will get you sorted quickly. My room was on the 3rd floor so it was nice and airy. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room had a kettle and fridge, but the balcony was tiny tiny. The bed was comfortable and a little less hard than usual in Vietnam, but not everything was as described on Booking.com, No desk. Nice coffee shop downstairs....and a cute cuddly little dog. Unfortunately the fridge comes off when you take your room key, so after a long day out and about, you come back to warm drinks. Also the drinking water situation is not clearly explained. There were 2 small bottles and 2 baby bottles. The baby bottles are free, but the small bottles cost a whopping 10.000 dong. I didn't know that, and didn't touch the baby bottles, as it's a lot of plastic for not much water. The hotel is in a good location right in town, and within walking distance to the bus station. Very good WiFi.

Great staff. Good location near Vinmart and lots of local stores, restaurants and coffee shops. I stayed here before and will stay again. Could use a coat of paint but still nice and clean. Everything works fine. Good value.
