Bardzo polecamy!!!
Pros:

To nie hotel, to drugi dom. Obiekt jest położony tuż przy plaży, w drugiej linii. Wszystko jest czyste, zadbane. W pokojach są nawet zestawy do szycia, szczoteczki, żelazko, suszarka, grzebień. Śniadania są pyszne. Dzień wcześniej każdy wybiera po 3 potrawy z karty. Dwa razy dziennie są bezpłatne transporty do Hoi An. Przy plaży darmowe parasole. Personel super pomocny!!! Dookoła mnóstwo pysznych knajpek.

Cons:

Jedyna rzecz, na którą hotel nie ma wpływu to koguty piejące o dziwnych porach w nocy na sąsiednich działkach.

Co prawda naszą pierwszą noc była nieudana w tym hotelu ponieważ za oknem piały koguty dosłownie przez całą noc nawet zamknięcie okien nic nie dało. Natomiast po zgłoszeniu dostaliśmy inny pokój w innym budynku był większy Cichy bardzo czysty obsługa na wysokim poziomie i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni mimio złego początku sytuacja została naprawiona i cała reszta się udała
Na koniec dostaliśmy wodę na podróż i dwa opakowania pysznej wietnamskiej herbaty

My home in Hoi An.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, clean and welcoming. But what I liked the most was the kindness of the staff: the attention to every detail, always smiling. The flexibility in making the breakfast one hour before so we could eat something before our flight touched us deeply. I want to go back there and stay longer.

Cons:

It was all perfect.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

It was a perfect location just by the Sea and in a cozy small town with plenty of local restaurants.
I Highly recommend it and I will definitely come back.
The service is second to none and we really appreciate it. Thank you so much for a lovely stay ❤️

Cons:

If I have to dig really deep for something that was missing it was sugar and some milk in the room for the coffee. But they made excellent service and gave us everything when we asked in the reception. So we can't really complain about this. We're really digging deep here 😄

We recently stayed at the The Linh Seaside Villa in Hoi An. The staff were wonderful and spoke excellent english and even gave us a free Vietnamese lesson. The rooms were very clean and the swimming pool was great to swim in. The villa is located right next to An Bang beach and is nice and clean. Great place to relax on a banana lounge under an umbrella. Breakfast at the villa was very enjoyable, we recommend the Banana Cake! the location is great with plenty of good restaurants nearby to choose from.

Fabulous Villa beach stay!
Pros:

Loved this villa, such lovely staff and great place to stay, we only stayed 2 nights next time we will stay a week. The beach is great, the pool is great and there is plenty of good places to eat nearby. They also have bikes that you can take for a ride. Highly recommend for a family stay.

Pros:

Har nok aldri opplevd så hyggelig betjening noen gang.
Veldig bra frokost

Cons:

Bortsett fra stranda som ligger nærme er det et stykke til gamlebyen hvor alt skjer. Koster riktignok ikke mye de drøye 4 km inn.

Everything. The staff was fantastic, super helpful and kind. Treated us like family. The rooms is well equipped, very cozy. Breakfast was delicious. The pool, while not big is great when the sea is rough. They provide bicycles free of charge and a paid shuttle to the city. Fantastic hotel 2 minutes from the seashore.

Linh Seaside Villa
Pros:

The Linh Seaside Villa is a raw gem of a family resort. Sure, the facilities are ideal for a seaside vacation; that is, they're close to the dazzling South China Sea and within easy, scenic walking distance to quite a few excellent restaurants scattered along the shore and on the main avenue of the beach town of An Bang. But the staff is to die for! Solicitous, charming, and ever-eager to please, they bend over backwards to make your stay wildly comfortable and virtually carefree. When in town, you can count on Van, An, Vin, and Huy to roll out the red carpet and welcome you with open arms.

So when in An Bang, Vietnam, do yourself a solid and stay at the Linh Seaside Villa. The views of the sea from the top floor will make you forget the world beyond.

Pros:

Staff was fantastic, very caring and attentive. Breakfast was good (be aware that you have to choose the day before, which was fine for us, but some may not prefer it). Location was great, 25 meters walk from the beach, and the riad/alley down to the hotel was well lit and with restaurants and spas (a fewother roads to the beach was dark and without much life)
Pool looked good, but we were there end of December, so too cold to go in a swimming pool, even when it was sunny.
Beds were not hard

Cons:

Shower temperature....when you adjusted it, it took 2-3 minutes before the adjustment "kicked in', so it was a looking shower and waste of water just waiting to see if it was still too hot, or you hit the right spot.
If you are a light sleeper, you should get a room on the same side as the reception/breakfast room,, as I was woken up several times at night be the roosters in the neighbours yard. My son is a deep sleeper and did not wake up.
Roo. smelled a bit damp, but might be because we didn't have the air-conditioning running (wasn't necessary, it was 20-24 degrees outside)

La qualité de l'accueil et des réceptionnistes en général, nous avons été très très bien accueillis et renseigné sur les activités,les moyens d'y accéder.Nous avons été accueillis avec une superbe assiette de fruits aussi ! Le petit déjeuner est super aussi, commandé à l'avance avec tout ce que vous voulez, location de scooter très facile et le service de blanchisserie est très compétent ! Très rapide et très bien, Bref,il n'y a rien à dire, l'hôtel est très bien situé,au calme à la plage dans un havre de paix mais à proximité de la vieille ville de Hoi Han, si nous sommes amenés à revenir,on ne sait jamais...! Nous reviendrons là ! Specail mention pour un établissement de la rue principale qui a offert le champagne à tout le monde le soir du 31 décembre 👌👍 nouvel an exceptionnel grâce au Linh Seaside !!!
