Pros:

The rooms are big and spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is really nice 👌 There’s also a washing machine, which is very handy. Close to restaurants and places to hire bikes. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There is a bit of street noise from cars and bikes, and music starts early in the morning from the park with people exercising, but ear plugs definitely help. Also, the washing machine pods cost extra, which wasn’t noted anywhere.

Regal luxury on west lake
Pros:

Had a family suite and it was huge. 2 bedrooms and kitchen ans loungeroom. Felt very grand and old school kind of luxery.

Cons:

Dont do breakfast but we knew that. Only staff is the guy on feont desk who was very nice. But doesnt tealpy feel like a hotel, more a services appartment.

Royalty at its finest!!
Pros:

Everything the apartment was truly amazing we absolutely loved it. The apartment was massive with one of the most gorgeous balconies I have ever had in any apartment. The staff were fantastic. We loved this apartment

Ok but would not recommend to stay there again.

Decent stay outside of the city centre
Pros:

Outside of central Hanoi so location was fairly quiet and overlooked the lake. Property is beautiful

Cons:

Very little hot water. Could t use the bath tub unless you wanted a cold plunge. There are roosters at neighbours behind so it was peaceful until they decide not to be quite

Cons:

No room cleaning service was provided for the entire stay. We have to bring the towels, water bottles by ourselves from reception. Didn’t feel like we stayed in a hotel, kitchen had no cutlery and not properly clean

Looks good from the outside but it has issues! Not worth it!
Pros:

Location was good but noisy

Cons:

We rarely had hot water.
Rooms aren’t cleaned unless you ask.
Kitchen had no dishes except wine glasses.
Poor financial compensation for days without hot water.

Ładny, ale bardzo słabo utrzymany obiekt. Widać efekty braku sprzątania.
Pros:

Obiekt był duży.

Cons:

Mieszkanie które otrzymaliśmy było bardzo brudne, na ścianach było widać pleśń. Nie było żadnych narzędzi do posprzątania mieszkania. W takim mieszkaniu bardzo słabo się spędza czas. Pomimo że to prywatne mieszkanie to obiekt próbował zdobyć dodatkowe pieniądze zostawiając płatne kapsułki, napoje i przekąski. Dodatkowo przy płatności kartą pobierana jest prowizja. Mam szczere wątpliwości co do 4* tego obiektu. Najbardziej jednak smuci to, że jest on polecany przez Booking. Teraz już wiem, że tag “polecany przez Booking” nie oznacza nic, ponieważ Booking tych obiektów nie sprawdza.
