Pros:

Lage toll, Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück sehr gut und vielseitig

Cons:

Ein sehr großer Minuspunkt war für mich, dass mein Zimmer kein Fenster hatte. Ich habe nach einem Tausch gefragt, aber das Hotel war ausgebucht. Ich hätte dieses Hotel niemals gebucht, wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass ich ein Zimmer ohne Fenster bekomme. Gerade in einer so lauten und geschäftigen Stadt ist das Hotel für mich nicht nur zum Schlafen da sondern auch ein Rückzugsort. Ein Zimmer ohne Tageslicht, in dem man nie weiß, welche Tageszeit gerade ist, ist kein erholsamer Ort. Das Sapa Soleil Hotel war in meiner Auswahl eher ein teures Hotel, weswegen ich besonderen Komfort erwartet habe.
Außerdem muss ich erwähnen, dass ich nach meiner Buchung mehrfach über WhatsApp von Betrügern kontaktiert wurde, mit der Bitte, meine Zahlung zu verifizieren. Die Betrüger kannten meine vollständigen Daten (Name, Handynummer, Name des Hotels, An- und Abreisedatum). Hier muss also eine Sicherheitslücke vorgelegen haben

Un bon hôtel pour séjourner sereinement à Sapa
Pros:

Tout est top, la chambre était bien sachant qu'on y est resté quasi 1 j entier dedans à cause d'une sale météo. Articles de toilettes et bouteille offerte. Le personnel aux petits soins, ils nous ont gardé les sacs le jour de notre check-out et nous ont autorisé à nous changer dans une pièce annexe. La vue est très sympa au 7ème étage quand c'est dégagé.
D'autre part, la partie petit déjeuner est excellente côté salé.

Cons:

Dommage que la piscine en rooftop ne soit pas chauffée. On est dans une zone où les degrés peuvent descendre, ça aurait été le summum de pouvoir l'utiliser.
Je suis resté sur ma faim côté sucré. Le jus de fruit n'était pas bon du tout en revanche.

Frühstück war toll. Der Frühstücksraum war im 8. Stock mit Blick auf die Berge und Möglichkeit zum draußen sitzen. Sehr schöb!

Mooi hotel gelegen in het centrum.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt mooi in het centrum. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamers. Goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Aangename sfeer.

Cons:

Het ontbijt. Dat kan toch wat meer uitgebreid vind ik. Dat was een tegenvaller.

Pros:

Large room with view over the mountains. Clean and reception staff amazingly helpful and friendly but particularly Nu. Always a smile and nothing too much trouble. Great location.
