Great and excellent to a perfect holiday in Sapa
Pros:

The receptionist Nu was extremely helpful and polite. She arranged all our transfers and excursions in Sapa. Will come to the hotel again. Thank you Nu for a great holiday.

Cons:

Only that our room was at the top and being an older couple, I found it difficult to climb the stairs.

The pool was AMAZING & best we’ve had in Vietnam!!
We stayed in a Suite (902), the best room at the property by far.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor quality - I didn’t eat anything. I’d say worst on our trip. But, if stay at the hotel again every time, just don’t buy the breakfast package.

Upon arrival I was happy with our room until I saw how dirty it was. I was furious about the state of the bed sheets and

Location was good close to a lot of activities and restaurants
We were able to rest in the upstairs area while waiting to depart for our train later in the day.

Cons:

The hotel was dirty and our bed sheets were not clean and I had to request they all be changed. Blinds in bathroom were filthy , walls all had dirt marks all over. Bathroom door didn’t close properly . Staff were unfriendly.

A comfortable stay in a great location and an infinity pool with a stunning Mountain View.

Comfortable stay in a great location. The room was great, modern, clean and had everything I needed.

The pool is stunning and the perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking.

A delicious breakfast is provided. The staff were very helpful, and it is a central spot close to the restaurants, sights and shops.

Geweldig hotel met zeer behulpzaam personeel!
Pros:

Een heerlijk hotel, midden in het leuke deel van de stad. Maar toch merkte je hier weinig van de drukte. Heel vriendelijk personeel die je overal mee verder kan helpen. Kamer was zeer proper en voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Prijs kwaliteit helemaal in orde. Ook keuze in ontbijtmogelijkheden. Ik zou zo terugkeren!

Great hotel and staff
Pros:

Excellent location, rooms very comfortable and clean.
Staff were exceptional especially Nu. They helped us with everything from booking tours to extra things for the family.We were a large family group travelling with children and the hotel accommodated us well .
We high recommend this hotel.
