All 5 of us love our stay at Sapa Soliel. Would be even greater if we were able to use the pool had it been warmer

Love the infinity pool overlooking the mountains. Also love the glass restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast and the beautiful mountain view. Rooms clean. Staff helpful.

Cons:

Would be good to be provided with handwash in each room, instead of small soap.

I would recommend staying here for a few days

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the overall experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay feel very comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality—definitely something to look forward to each day. The hotel’s location is also a big plus: very convenient, accessible, and close to key spots, making it easy to get around.

Overall, everything from the service to the cleanliness, food, and location exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Personnel adorable, très aidant, aux petits soins.
Petit-déjeuner en buffet varié, bon et copieux.

Cons:

Petit bémol pour un séjour en janvier (9 à 13 d°)les chambres ne sont pas chauffées et la salle pour les petits-déjeuners située en roof top est ouverte à l'air libre, donc on déjeune avec les pulls ou anorak !!!

POOL IS FREEZING, other than that... lovely exprience. just misleading.

Lovely spot close to bars and restaurants.
Morning breakfast, whilst nothing outstanding was pleasant with coffee and juices.
Reception staff and doormen were very kind despite a lack of English; a smile goes a long way in my eyes. (:

The design of the hotel and rooms was cozy but still modern.

Cons:

THE POOL ISN'T HEATED
A major reason I booked here was due to the lovely looking infinity pool overlooking the mountains... But if it's minus 4 Degrees, basically a gigantic icebath with a stunning view.

The AC in the room would turn on and OFF throughout the night, and would wake up at 3 am to the heater blasting without any explanation.

Ontbijt was goed

Cons:

We hadden helaas kamers zonder ramen dit staat helaas nergens vermeld. Konden helaas geen andere kamer krijgen.
