Great Location
Pros:

Location was great. Pool was lovely although you couldn't enjoy the view for smog, I am sure it would be great if it were clearer.

Cons:

The beds were so hard it was unbelievable. Breakfast was average. The noise coming from the road and construction next door was ridiculous. The smog was terrible couldn't even see off our balcony but that is not really the hotels fault.

Sapa Soleil Hotel offers great value for money. Comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Recommended.
Pros:

The front desk was very helpful. They assisted us with booking all our tours and made sure everything, including pick-up and drop-off, went smoothly. Thank you so much for the great service.

The location is great, right in the city center and convenient for travel. The reception staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. The room was generally good, Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There were quite a lot of black hairs on the floor. The room was not soundproof.

La piscine débordante et l'espace resto ont une vue magnifique sur Sapa et c'est le must pour cet hôtel à l'architecture chique. La chambre est correcte

Cons:

Petit effort à faire sur le nettoyage de la salle de bain (moisissure) même si la chambre était propre. Le dejeuner était suffisant mais pas mon préféré sur mon séjour au vietnam. Cela étant le prix de la chambre était correct
